front desk help could improve their personality

The neighbors...the kids ran up and down the halls making noise both nights we were there.

Was a good and pleasant stay for 2 nights. Would definitely stay again.

Free breakfast, pretty decent cost for hotel room, clean room, comfy bed , staff were friendly & pleasant. Washcloths smelled like cigarette smoke, breakfast offerings could have been more

Not bad at all was very clean

We did not stay. The room was filthy. burn marks on blankets!! Smelled like smoking!! We immediately went to the front desk and told them we were not staying. They ended up charging my credit card for two nights stay. I needed to cancel my card and dispute the charges. NOT HAPPY!!!

The tub had a drain plug that didn't seat, so filling the tub for a soak was out of the question. I found the items for breakfast lacking, with bread and pastries that didn't invite me, and the coffee was just plain cold.

The bed comforter was old and outdated and very thin, so was the blanket on the bed.

The room was nice and clean, Staff was great with us, Parking lot like new and great lighting. Asper as breakfast we went to relatives house to eat we live four hrs away..... WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

Nothing horrible staff very rude

There was a leak above the bathtub. That there was only three small pillows

There was a weird smell throughout the building; not necessarily a bad smell but not necessarily good. Blankets were thin, old looking, stained and appeared to be burned with cigarettes. Hair dryer didn't work. Sink area didn't appear to be thoroughly cleaned. Flooring was all pretty bad looking and there was no trim of any sort around the bottom of the tub. Rooms were quiet. Mini fridge and a microwave that I didn't look inside of. Grab n go breakfast offered. Staff was pretty friendly and helpful. Overall, about what I expected for one of the cheaper places in town.

Everything was fine with the breakfast and facility The vending machines were lacking on variety and one wouldn't take dollar bills.

A fantastic stay! I had a truly wonderful time. The breakfast was top-notch, with plenty of fresh and delicious options. The overall experience was great, and I definitely recommend it. Four stars!
