Beds were comfortable Tv remote was extremely hard to operate channel function didnt hardly work. There was no breakfast, that was the main reason me and my son chose super 8 because there was supposed to be a continental breakfast

Making the reservation thru booking was an easy task other than that, nothing. The front desk agent was especially nosey, it was my mother an I staying in the room and we were immediately told that the room next to us wakes up at 4, we hadn't even made it to the room before these details were shared. Very stereotypical. We were in the area after a family death and I mentioned those details she continued on with the needs of tother guest like my mother snd I were going to have a loud party or something. Breakfast was horrible. The juice and milk pitcher clearly haven't been washed in some time. There was only 1 singular pack on instant oatmeal Cereal behind the dispenser, not many options for breakfast at all. Especially for the price of the room i will never book at this hotel again.

We did not stay. The room was filthy. burn marks on blankets!! Smelled like smoking!! We immediately went to the front desk and told them we were not staying. They ended up charging my credit card for two nights stay. I needed to cancel my card and dispute the charges. NOT HAPPY!!!

The room was quite clean. I don't travel often. Two of the things I love to do during a motel stay are to have a hot lingering bath, and to sit at a desk and write. I was not able to do either at that room. For some reason, the desk had been removed (there was a big, obvious gap in the layout of the room where it would have been). When I asked about perhaps moving a desk in, the response wasn't clear and the person at the desk said my room would be cleaned soon (which I did not need). It was only later I realized I could have asked to be moved to another room, a consideration that should have been suggested by staff. The tub had a drain plug that didn't seat, so filling the tub for a soak was out of the question. I found the items for breakfast lacking, with bread and pastries that didn't invite me, and the coffee was just plain cold.
