Clean rooms easy availability to shopping and the staff were out of this world. Never had any problems getting what I needed . The food was excellent and the gym definitely came in handy. Giving this hotel 5 stars💪💪💪

The air conditioning was not working properly. Alerted staff and I was offered another room.

We did not use most amenities. We got in at midnight and had booked the room two weeks in advance. The woman at the front desk was so nice! We got into our room which was fine. Clean but the bathroom was showing some wear. The A/C strayed all over the coffee pot area and was leaking. We ended up just shutting it off. It could be related to the extreme temps we’ve been having (95+). We grabbed breakfast early. Breakfast is bistro style and you pay for it. It is not complimentary. You can charge it to your room. The woman at the bistro was also super nice. I did appreciate the Starbucks Carmel latte! $17 for a bagel and large coffee though. I was hoping for free. Checkout was easy. My son handed the key cards to the front desk staff and we were out.

Nice quiet location. Nice lobby. Quasi upscale feel. Safe. Property starting to show some age.

I would solely come back to see her warm smilling welcoming face, she is a true GEM Happy Customer Gina & Gino :) (hopefully she gets to see this)

The gals at the front desk were amazing! Super kind, courteous and professional. There was a gal, maybe her 2nd or 3rd day on the job- She was so helpful. I totally enjoyed chatting with her and her mentor. My stay was fabulous and those 2 gals really made it better!!!

Great hotel and even better staff. Updated rooms, large lobby and great outdoor sitting area. Bathrooms could possibly use some updating but nothing major or concerning.

It was fine for a one night stay. However the TV in our room was leaning forward and nonfunctional. It didn't matter for us that night, because we were too tired to watch anything as we didn't check in until 9:30 pm. The next day was Memorial Day and unfortunately the Bistro/ coffee bar downstairs was closed. The staff had filled a couple of dispensers with hot coffee and a few wrapped muffins and coffee cakes were set out and a few bananas. A bit disappointing, even if it was free. The night before we had been told that we could get breakfast at the coffeebar. At least the staff at the front desk came over and heated some water for us so we could make tea. She was very apologetic, but you would think that at a Courtyard Marriott you could get a more satisfying breakfast if you're traveling on a holiday weekend.

Bathroom door almost hit the toilet bowl, not much room. Toilet was low

it was a great stay everything was as it should be

Great room! We had a suite and it did not disappoint.
-
No breakfast two days in a row as there was no one to work it. Not even coffee. Second floor smelled like marijuana as someone was smoking in their room.

The staff is the reason why I rate this facility so high
