Very clean hotel and rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. The pool are was also nice and clean and the hotel was nice and quiet. The breakfast was good and gave lots of options to choose from.

Staff was welcoming. Lobby was clean - hotels have that damp urine stale smell, but this one was clean at 1st entry. Rooms was spacious and clean. I got what I paid for. Full kitchen, full living area and full bed and bath area. Newburgh is my family's go to for day-cationing and I think I will keep choosing this location. Another thing is although it was IN THE AIRPORT - it was extremely quiet. My monkeys enjoyed the pool and hot tub for an hr before it closed at 10pm. Free Breakfast was well.....free! So you get the basics. The coffee was fresh but the selections for breakfast was very very limited. My family usually go for the waffles and bacon, there was none of that.

Clean and reasonably priced. Had room 132 which was adjacent to the employee lounge so it was pretty noisy.

The fact that it has suites, and suites that have a wall between bedroom and living room. Love that it has kitchen and dishwasher

The property was extremely clean. White glove clean. Omg. For what we pay the breakfast needs to improve. The potatoes were cold. I was expecting pancakes omelettes. What happened to the bacon and the sausages? No waffles. The rooms in July will cost $700 & all we get is cold eggs and potatoes. I was very disappointed. What happened to the boxes of cereal? Where’s the grits? I guess they are at IHOP‼️‼️Kathleen and the person that she was working with were extremely excellent, OUTSTANDING! Excellent customer service and very friendly. My room was very clean. Cleanest hotel I ever stayed at. Tip worthy!
