Nothing. It was a terrible Everything

Sign on front door reads "Please excuse our appearance during our renovations" - zero indication there is any work being done, more like they're in receivership. AC and bathroom fan sounded like a Cessna 172 taking off, ran out of hot water in one minute, furniture decrepit, and the microwave had caked on gunk inside. Icing on cake was dude next door drunk singing twice middle of the night in breezeway. Approached front desk in AM to negotiate reduction or refund and clerk literally was mute and refused to make eye contact. Wow. Avoid at all costs!!

Staff was easy to reach and kind.

Upon arrival, the desk manager said there was no internet nor TV on the property. It seemed to me the reason for that was that they hadn’t paid their interest bill.

This place was very scary looking! I didn’t feel safe! We went to the room got dressed and took our stuff and left! I didn’t even go back.

This hotel should not be open. The rooms are the best part. Pretty clean. The lobby and the hallways are old and dirty. Bathroom has mold everywhere from the walls to the ceiling. Don’t go there.

Inside the room, it is renovated and everything is very nice. They’re still going under construction. It will be a very nice place after completion. I stayed one night and my experience was very nice. The Hotel reception guy he went out of his way to help me.

The staff is outstanding. They all are professional & friendly. It’s a safe, clean hotel. The bonuses at this particular hotel include gorgeous sunrises & sunsets. Overlooking a lake that faces east. I highly recommend choosing The Red Roof when in this area. Sincerely, Jeannine C

Nonstop cockroaches all over Although the room was updated not really updated. They just painted the headboard and table. Nightstand shower was OK but I can’t believe how many cockroaches I saw.

I stayed for three nights and two days. Check in was easy, as was check out. The room was a perfect size. Few lights didn't work, but it was minor. Over all a worthwhile stay and being close to beacon it was a great pick to attend NY comic con. Would stay again!

The hotel has only a few rooms that are rented for the night. The remainder of the hotel is in disrepair or rented to very low income. The only hotel I have stayed in with a school bus stop.
