Desk reception & help was excellent!

The desk clerk was very professional and helpful. That was the high point. When we entered the room, there were no working lights and a very powerful odor. Pillows were stacked up on a chair and the beds weren’t made. When we looked in the bathroom, the toilet was sitting in the bathtub. That’s when we decided to not stay at this hotel. The desk clerk was very understanding and refunded our money. If you have a choice to spend the night in your car at the Walmart parking lot or this hotel, I recommend the parking lot..

I felt safe as a solo female traveler. Staff was super friendly and bed was clean and comfortable

The best thing is the value. The property needs some attention and work to warrant a good rating. If you're looking for a quick stop at an average price than go for it.

Entire property was run down and dirty. Room AC did NOT work. Walls were very thin and voices outside the room could be heard very clearly. Staff was friendly though.

Advertised continental breakfast. Bread! Oatmeal! Nothing to drink! Hotel smells like cannabis and you’re required to have your receipt to get a cash incidentals deposit refunded. Horrible never stay here…

As soon as I entered the room the light switch does not work. The room was very dirty and smelly of smoking and weed smell. The light switches were working but burned. AIR CONDITIONER worked thank God. The fridge was not good and the microwave did work. Bathroom everything was so basic and the shower head and the faucets very old and outdated. The pics show wooden floors but instead it was dark very bad and uncleaned dirty carpet . Maybe 15 years old. The color of the wall and the paintings were very dark . Bathroom tub very dirty as well as bathroom floors no good and the toilet was also dirty. Nothing shown in the pics . The room was very very different than the pics shown . Very dark hallways even during the day everything is so dark and dull . Free parking and thats about it .

Our rooms were filthy. Trash on the floor. Busted or non-existent lamp shades. TV didn’t work. Advertised as a room sleeping 5 people, only to be told it was not, so I had to pay for a second filthy room. Is this America or a third-world country?

Breakfast was just bread. Toilet sit was broken and almost fell in. Wife and I could not take a shower because it disgusting. First room they put us in was never cleaned. Please don't go to this place. Building should be condemned.

Staff was nice Had to change rooms several times

Ceiling was broken down on the hall way, no towells or toilet paper has been replaced or replenishment every day, no room services have taken care until we clocked out.we need to ask toilet paper every time and they give 1 per day for 3 adults and 2 kids people stay.

Staff not very helpful Promised breakfast included but only had some brown hot water and few pieces of bread : that’s it for breakfast , luckily Starbucks not far away Bathroom extraction fan not working, there was only one bath towel for 3 people , had to request more which were provided
