They using this hotel as a shelter, its very scary everyone who is around carrying knifes and covering their faces. The room next door was knocking our door at 3 am and they guy was under an influence screaming and with high volume TV. Then he started calling us I had to disconnect the phone. WAS THE MOST TERRIFYING NIGHT OF MY LIFE.

There was no gym or breakfast.

It was a slum. Stayed one night, wasn't vacuumed, dirty walls. Was afraid of bed bugs so left lights on and didn't sleep. Highlight was feeding homeless guy outside. Would have let him in hallway but he was safer out there.

Bad
-
The place had holes in the walls the bathroom had holes all over the room the carpets was dirty the walls was dirty and I paid too much Everything
-
However, currently every aspect of the place is under repair and seems at a very slow pace!!! They need to be upfront of status of hotel in their postings!!!

The hotel is reasonable in price and the front desk is helpful but unfortunately they have roaches in the rooms in which isn’t a good thing. We also had someone try to get into our room through the bottom / first floor window. Most windows do not lock in which that is unacceptable and is unsafe! That needs to be rectified immediately!

Yikes. This place was awful. The rug was sticky in the room, the bathtub was nasty and dirty, and the paint was peeling off the walls in the room. There also was no elevator and the breakfast was non-existent. 100% not worth the cost of this place! Definitely avoid!

Passable

You should avoid this hotel at all costs. Room were disgusting, huge spider web, we found bugs crawling in the room, the smell was horrible. The chairs in the room were stained and super dirty!

The positive thing was that the hotel was very close to the event that my sister and I attended. The room, itself, was ok. One of my concerns was that there was a sticky substance all over the bathroom floor. It stayed sticky despite the effort to wipe it up. When I mentioned it to the front desk, checking out, the gentleman said it was the rain. Another concern was that despite seeing a Breakfast Room sign displayed in the entrance to a room in close proximity to the front desk, "breakfast" was actually a few items placed in a paper bag with a handle. Coffee was available in the lobby, A guest would have, at the least, a continental breakfast which would have been donuts, or a pastry of some sort with the coffee. I feel this was deceptive--it was not professional, and unacceptable. I hope that all the Ramada hotels in the U.S. do not operate in the same way. I would not recommend this hotel to other guests.
