Great stay

Rooms are very dated and in need of repair. Wallpaper peeling, fixtures leaking, cracks in walls. All okay for a $90 a night...but not for $200. Staff was very nice and location felt safe and quiet, but not worth it.

He wanted to kick my teenage daughter out of the room with our dog and no car by herself. He never offered to store the luggage, when I arrive to the hotel to take care of the problem, I was told by him that if I don’t like it, I can take my family and leave. Although we had extended reservation through Expedia and it was paid for. He was taking his time to enter my information When I told him to hurry, I have to get to my closing. He told me not to rush and he gave me two new keys that didn’t work to open the room. My wife had to go back to ask him to reprogram it. This is the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel

The bed was fairly comfortable - The Gentleman who checked us in was friendly and accomodating. The room was unsatisfactory - couldn't see out of window, curtain was torn. door to room had so much space you could hear everything in the hall, the drink machine was not operable. Would not print a receipt since booked through expedia. I would not recommend this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with very friendly Gerald who was able to get our room ready hours earlier than expected. The location is perfect since it’s near the Stewart Airport and very close to shopping and restaurants. And the view of the reservoir was lovely.

Good value property. Very clean and attentive staff. Will be staying there again.

A great location for an overnight stay. Staff was pleasant and there was good coffee in the morning. The grounds were very nice for traveling with a dog. Our complaint was that the king room we had was so small that we could barely walk around the bed and we tend to stay in the room for the evening...will try for a bigger room next time. For the price it is a safe and clean place.

Room was hot, 30 minutes for AC to cool room. Floor by front desk dirty. Hotel needs renovation!

Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. I found hair under the duvet that belonged to neither me nor my boyfriend, there were stains on the sheets, and the pillows were what my boyfriend called "quarter puffs"—tiny, flat pillows that were nowhere near normal size. The bathroom also had a lingering unpleasant odor that certainly wasn't caused by us, and getting into the bed required a bit of a leap because it sat unusually high. Overall, we got exactly what we paid for. The 2-star rating is accurate, and in our experience, it's well deserved. We will not be staying here again.

The room was extremely clean, but definitely needs updating. The wallpaper is a bit old and ragged, and the air conditioner seemed to be struggling to stay cool. The beds are comfortable, but the TV only offers a few stations to choose from. It's a good hotel for a quick overnight stay for sure.

Nice people, its like the old Ramadas golden years

Yes, very nice view. Need of some TLC

Just great!

I originally chose this hotel because I thought breakfast was included. There is a breakfast area, so I assumed breakfast was still being served, but unfortunately it was not available during my stay. That was a little disappointing, as having breakfast on-site would have made the stay even more convenient. Aside from that, I had a good experience. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a restful night's stay. It was also recommended to me by my brother, and I'm glad I took his advice. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in the Newburgh area. If breakfast service returns in the future, it would make an already good stay even better.

Nice stay

The room was clean and more modern than a previous Red Roof Inn that I stayed in and there were also plenty of parking spots unlike the other location. Overall, not too bad, aside from the noisy hallway as my room was right next to the stairs and you heard every bit of noise.

Not bad for the price
