It’s smelled like smoke and they have no clean new cheers

No breakfast. Location was great. Smell of weed Probably from the people that live in the rooms. Not for me

Was comfortable, clean and convient Outside patio area needs attention. Outside parking lot, grounds need some attention too. Don't allow it to become too rundown. Hallway had musty odor.

The room was clean and up to date I didn’t like how the hotel looked when I pulled up the outside could be updated it doesn't look inviting also the the service on the tv could’ve been better

Nothing, I was totally afraid I was going to be bitten by bed bugs. I paid almost $200. The building was extremely old. I have never been in a "hotel" without an elevator. I had a brace on each hand and use a cane. I had to walk up two flights of stairs with two bags and no help. Then I had to walk back down the stairs because my keys were not activated. I may have receive one hour of sleep because the bathroom tub wate ran all night long, despite being in the off position. very disappointed and there was no manager on staff, and where it showes what manager was on duty, the sign was blank. I no longer trust Wyndam properties.

Friendly and good customer service

Picture is deceiving. The room pass cleaning standard could’ve been worst .No bedbugs That’s a big plus we always check on every hotel. Hallways, main area needs attention as far as just cleaning. Outside appeal needs a major overhaul. It does not help with surrounding neighbor needs update too. Had a family around Newburgh stayed at different hotel 20 minutes away last time we were in area. Price about the same but the establishment was way better. Place has potential.

Good location, rooms were available. Looks like it was once a decent place. I don't know what happened Arrived and wasn't sure if I was at the correct place because it looked closed down. Waited at the front desk until a dude in a tank top walked in behind me and got behind the counter to check me in. Part of the hotel had a tarp on the roof and some construction lumber laying in the parking lot. At night there was some activity going on in the back parking lot, not exactly sure what that was all about. Sliding doors on the first floor did not have adequate locks, it felt a little sketchy.

I basicallhy just stayed th night and had a cup of coffee from the lobby in the morning. Comfortable enough, but nothiing to write home about. I was first given a room on the first floor, but THE PATIO DOOR DID NOT LOCK, so I requested another room. IN THE NEW ROOM THE PATIO DOOR ALSO DID NOT LOCK, but I did not ask for a change since it was on the 2nd floor, it was late, and I was tired.
