Water softener/conditioning system plays hell with showering. Bathroom door was broken on arrival and although we requested it be fixed twice, it was never addressed and my wife was stuck in the bathroom at one point. Not a great value for the money

Great location. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, underground parking lot. Extra charge for breakfast, problem with WiFi for a couple of days.

The room was clean and nicely appointed. The staff was pleasant. The only thing that posed an issue was that we could hear our neighbors through the wall. Was awakened at 7:15am in the morning by them laughing and talking. Not so good when you want to sleep in a bit.

Location I traveled with my Family and booked for cribs. Not even one was available and I slept in a King bed with my Wife, 1 year old, and 2 year old. I had to stay up the night to make sure my 1 year old would not suffocate on a pillow or fall of the bed. Property said I wouldn't have had this problem if I had booked directly with them (!).
