I expected the breakfast be comp. I needed to checkout a day earlier than expected, but was told the hotel couldn’t give me credit for the additional day since I had booked with booking.com. I would have to contact them, but there was no phone number to reach out. Will not use booking.com again!!!!!!

The A/C in our room woke us up at 3:11AM due to a very loud noise. Had a funeral to attend the next day and received very little sleep. We informed the person at the front desk upon checkout. See rhe above statement what we didn't like!!!!
