Close walking distance to the falls

Very close to everything clean and friendly stuff Not enough amenities, and the ice machine wasn’t working that well since they had a window open 32° heat, which made the ice machine work harder to produce ice

Clean Nothing to unlike

Location, price, room itself clean and renovated, parking included Common areas were dated, sounds and noises carried easily through the walls.

The rooms were very clean. The bed and bedding were comfortable. Excellent room for a great price. Check in was easy and fast.

The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, organized, and comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to anywhere, right in the middle and within walking distance of the Falls and the center. The bed was spotless and extra comfy—an awesome stay at this hotel. N/A

Our room was extremely clean, nicely furnished, and had a very comfy bed. An added bonus for having a mini fridge in our room. The location was ideal for walking to the Falls and numerous restaurants and attractions. We were happy that we didn't have to pay for parking at the hotel.

Location, clean, front desk receptionist was pleasant. Very expensive for its type of property. The renovation was not done very well. Not pleasing to the eyes. An acquaintance’s car was broken into and police said this property’s cctv aren’t reliable. There has been a lot of car break ins in this property’s parking lot.

The staff are all nice and friendly. The rooms are clean. The one bed in the room doesn’t feel so comfortable, firmness is loss.

The hotel was very clean, newly renovated, and looked much better than expected. It offered great value for the price, and I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was comfortable, well-maintained There was nothing major that I disliked. A few minor details could be improved, but overall I had a pleasant stay.

Very clean Room noise does travel into the hall

The staff was really welcoming and kind. I arrived around 11 AM and they let me have the room at that time. I was really tired and it was a blessing to be able to check in early. The room was large and extremely clean, with crispy sheets and soft towels. There is no elevator so I suggest requesting the first floor. I ended up staying an extra day and had to move to the third floor. It was not convenient. The bed was firmer than the one on the first floor, which was a plus for me. Nothing.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the in-room jacuzzi was a great feature that made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, and the location was convenient for visiting Niagara Falls. While the jacuzzi was enjoyable, the overall property is somewhat dated. A lower room rate would better reflect the hotel’s condition and offer better value.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, and you could truly feel their warm hospitality. The rooms were spotless and exceptionally well-maintained. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that many of the staff members were Filipinos.
