Everything was great! The room was clean and comfortable, the location was very convenient, and the staff were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience. Nothing. Everything was great and we were very satisfied with our stay.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were welcoming and polite. For the price, it was overall a good stay. Overall, a good option for its price. I expected an electric kettle in the room and a few more bathroom amenities, such as conditioner and facial tissues.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was beautifully maintained and quite wonderful to use. The location of the King's Inn is close enough to the Falls and other sites to be easily visited by walking or using the WEGO transit (only a short block and a half away) while being in a location which was not part of the tourist din. Nothing actually. It was as hoped for and anticipated. We knew we would likely need to climb some stairs to reach our room but that was fine for us.

Very convenient location. Free onsite parking. Room needed attention. Fridge wasn't cleaned out from last guest. Hair in shower. Dirty towels left in room from last guest.

I loved the location of the hotel how quite it was and how amazing the staff were! We had a slight mishap in our room late at night but the staff was so amazing to quickly resolve the issue and go above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable :)

Dave on reception was so friendly and helpful. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Classic motel. 15 min walk down to the falls. AC was standard through the wall unit, bit noisy but they all are.

The staff helped me get parking. They had a spot reserved for me with cones up. No elevator.

The bed was comfortable No electrical outlets near to the bed or anywhere convenient to charge .phones etc. Overpowering smell of cigarette smoke everywhere (smokers smoking nonstop outside their rooms on every floor). External.areas dirty. The air conditioning unit in our room made a very loud grinding noise every time the compressor came on, making it impossible to sleep. The staff was unfriendly and indifferent. Pool looked really clean and nice (didn’t swim) the beds are awful, and the shower terrible… temperature went from extremely hot to cold every 15 seconds, and it didn’t matter what time of the day/night.
