The property is well maintained. The rooms are clean and ready for us to check in. The staff was extremely helpful and understanding. They helped us whenever required The AC unit in the room doesn’t have On Off button. We had to pull the plug to switch off AC

Lots of parking, clean and quiet. The rooms were beautiful, clean, big. The beds were so comfortable. It smelled fresh and clean. They offer complimentary coffee which honestly tasted so good. It’s located relatively close to Clifton hill we walked from the hotel to the strip in just under 15 min.

Big Parking Area , Walking Distance to the Niagara Falls (~15-20min) , Big Room AC was loud , When the neigboor rooms use their bathrooms it was also quite loud

I booked this property because...

The staff was very friendly and gave very clear instructions for parking and other services. The carpet on the stairs leading to the second floor was very dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor. The duvet and pillows in the room also had a noticeable smell of sweat. The window could not be opened for air circulation. The bathroom fan was not working.

Rooms are really big and with a lot of space. Free coffee by the owners. We could do early check-in with no problem Location is great out of all the crazy and noisy shops in center and just 15-20' walking to the falls. Parking included Beds were normal. Not too much comfortable
