Fridge froze our drinking and the shower head leaked.

Loved how it was in close distance to the strip. It had a nice view. The staff were amazing and so kind. Nothing it was amazing.

The attention to detail regarding the room's overall cleanliness is not enough. The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan, so the odour lingers after use.

The best part of this hotel was that it was so close to Niagara Falls and Clifton Hills. You can literally walk there is like 15 mins.

There was on old smell in the unit . Could have used extra towels and toilet paper .

No amenities in hotel, no wifi, no phne in room, no room service can be called as no phne there, room quality equal to 1 star hotel.. not Oethy of even the money . Soaps were cheap

It is walking distance to Fallsview for the casino and shows , as well you can walk to restaurants and Clifton Hill and the falls. I have nothing to complain about.

Clean beds and towels. Freezer door missing. Stuff kept in the fridge got frozen too. T. v had very limited channels.

It was decent. Additional payment for another vehicle after booking a family room for 6 adults.

He charge me 259$ for 1 night and he didn’t refund my deposit 100$ they’re scamming i not recommended

We don't like anything about this place, I will definitely not recommend it. Well... first of all, there was musty smell when we entered the room, then in the washroom, the shower head was coming off, the toilet leaked & flooded the floor. We called the attendant & he blamed us for not flushing the toilet properly. And the worst part, one of our friends got bitten by bedbugs, we complained & showed it to them & again they blamed us. They said maybe she got it somewhere else. Their customer service sucks! we didn't even get an apology but instead, got blamed for everything. I don't recommend this place at all!!!!
