The location was great!!! The Hotel was run down. Wall paper coming off the wall. There was a Water leak from toilet or shower not sure as the wall was rotten and always water on the bathroom floor. We had No towels on the 2nd day of our stay even after asking for them.

The staff are nice especially the housekeepers. There is swimming pool kids like, cozy 2 queen size beds for a family like us. The price is affordable for an overnight stay. Thank you so much! I used to check in in small hotels whenever i went to the west. There was always a small fridge and electric kettle in the room. I was expecting them in this rated 4 star hotel. We checked in around 9pm. Small coffee maker was not working at all. We threw out the kid's milk and foods in the morning coz it was just on the table. Suggestion: At least there should be * 1 electric kettle to use for coffee and tea. *A personal size fridge for some foods and drinks * A shower curtain in the bath tub coz when we took a shower. Some water splashed on the floor which makes the floor wet.

Location, plenty of eateries nearby, 10 minutes walk to the falls. Skylon tower 5 minutes walk. It’s on a hill so you need to be fairly mobile, to walk back from the Falls.

Location was good The carpets in the hallway and rooms were old,dirty and the smell in the air was stuffy. Bathroom smelled like urine. One of the beds were sunken in. Outdated rooms.
