No room service! I specifically asked the front desk agent to make sure my room was cleaned, but they didn't do it.

The WiFi is nothing to write home about. We don't have connection in our room and making working or checking phone difficult

Location Cleaning are not good room is dusty carpet are not vacuumed , refilling of soap and shampoo and changing of towels are incomplete, I have to call the front desk 3 days in a row.

I didn't like anything! The hotel had a bad smell everywhere, specially in the room. Paid parking. The ice machine was broken. There is no fridge in the room and they even charge for the bottle of water. There was a bad smell in the hallway and the room. The ice machine was broken. Parking cost extra, and the staff seemed to be in a bad mood. I tried to cancel my stay right after I checked in, but the hotel wanted to charge me anyway. Terrible experience.

The location was great for us to attend show at the OLG stage Room was dated. The carpets old. The furniture stained. The bathroom shower was small and not clean

Big room and location is decent Room has carpet and outside room also has a carpet which is small bed and stinking mattress is a spring mattress and seems most of springs is damaged

I just didn't like certain things like staff using my bathroom and learning unlike things in the toilet n cloging it. Cleaning person just left it without un cloging it. I never had to complain until this stay.
