Bbq grills all around the property, some looked abandoned. Air conditioner was very loud, turned it off so I could sleep, room built up so much condensation I almost slipped and fell on the bathroom room floor.

Good breakfast, excellent coffee. It was quiet for the 5 nights we stayed. Mattresses were very comfortable. Price was great. It is an older property, needs a bit of a remodel. however, our budget was limited, the room was clean and comfortable, so all good.

There was no coffee maker in the room as pictured on the website. However, our room was close enough to the breakfast lounge that we could walk down and get coffee. The included breakfast bar was good. The room had nowhere to hang clothes. Also, the toilet did not flush well and had to be flushed about three times each use in order to completely flush. The bathtub was super slow to drain and therefore we took very short showers as we were stepping out of water in the bottom of the tub. The beds were very comfortable. We were told not to turn the air conditioner above 70, so at times it got very cold in the room and we would have to turn the unit off. But that was ok because it was pretty noisy. This was one of the less expensive places to stay in the area and we had no major issues. Still, next time, we will try another place.

They say breakfast is from 6 to 10 but arrived around 9 and there was almost nothing much left to eat if they could actually have breakfast from 6 to 10 would be great and not just leftovers.

Room was very clean, a bit old and dated, the outside property was much more run down. The Air conditioning unit was very loud, bed were average. Breakfast wasn't much but average. For the money this stay was what I expected.

Found roaches in the room. Shower/ tub leaked water all over bathroom floor. Bathroom was dirty and hair was found in tub and sink

Nothing it was dirty Staff very rude, people partying all night charged me close to 500 bucks for one night just because there was no places left to stay 99 bucks at best for this place I

Even without children, the price was too crazily high for those conditions. With the same price, you can get something better in the downtown of Niceville.
