There was dead flies in the tub , the room smelled like mildew , and refrigerator was out the entire stay , dog food was on the floor from the previous stay

I loved my room it was so comfortable and clean, the buffet was so good and the pool so clean. I didn’t went to the gym but I saw it and it had different machines. I totally would come back.

I like that HIE offers two different firmness pillows but all 4 pillows were wore out. My only complaint. If you bring your own pillow you will be good to go.

Stayed for the weekend with my family and it was lovely. The rooms were really clean, very well taken care of and the place looks new and modern. I also brought my fur baby with me and they were so welcoming to him. They even gave him a little welcome gift. Staff was really friendly and helpful, Will definitely recommend and come back to this place.

Convenient to airport and Air Force base. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Helpful front desk. Kids enjoyed the pool. Restaurants and coffee place right next door.

Amazing time here with the family. Staff was so professional and friendly, pool closed late in the night and opened super early. Vast array of free breakfast items. Will be back.
