Grandview’s location is beautiful but the lodge itself is very old. We stayed in the main lodge upstairs and the bed sagged, the carpet was old and nasty, the door warped, the windows dirty and the room was very old with a terrible musty smell. We stayed for 4 nights and had to ask for clean towels and take out our own garbage as housekeeping services are not provided unless requested. By the time we realized this, it was time to go. It’s a historic hotel in desperate need of an update in the main lodge. Would not stay again or recommend.

Had everything a family would want. Buffet was great with many choices. Beach was well maintained with fun boat rentals. There is a gym and an arcade room. The grounds are beautiful!

Our room was very clean! The main front desk clerk was great and very helpful when we arrived late evening! My husband and I were here for our anniversary! What drew me to the Lodge and area was the spa and all they had to offer! We enjoyed a couples massage! Would definitely recommend the spa and hope to visit again soon

We enjoyed our stay at Grand View Lodge! The grounds were lovely with plenty of opportunities for activities for all age groups. The buffet breakfast (added charge) was worth it!

We had a wonderful experience! The only thing was there being so many buildings, it was challenging trying to find where we were supposed be! Very friendly staff! I would definitely go back!

I experienced a very rude interaction with one of the front desk staff. I was very disappointed in their rudeness and lack of kindness and compassion.

The staff was warmly welcoming and conversational. The amenities were very clean and well-maintained. The food options were delicious! Walking around the property was beautiful. We highly recommend!
