Such a great spot for young children!

The facilities and staff are always top shelf. They work hard to give you the best experience.

Everything was great! Check if there are weddings going on, there were 7 while we were there and it was SO crowded. The staff did a fantastic job of keeping everything together!

Absolutely beautiful property and loved our cabin stay. The only negative was the Thursday evening bartender at the Northwoods Pub👎

The property was fairly rundown. Room also had spider webs. Bathroom had hair on the floor upon arrival

Our lodge room had cobwebs in the ceiling corner above the bed and the slideout waste container in the unit would not stay shut. Thus the smell of garage coming from it. The carpet in the hallway outside of the lodge rooms needs to be replaced. It is wrinkled and has a lot of dark stains on it. For the cost of the room one would not expect this. Also the steps leading up to the area need new threads on them and painting.

Gorgeous facilities and well kept. Hallway of lodge a bit dated, but room is nice.

From check in to check out it was a wonderful, relaxing experience.

The area did offer many different options.

Second year in a row at the Grandview Lodge.. it’s wonderful! Recharge, my batteries and everything about it was great. Stayed at the north hotel this time instead of a cabin due to needing smaller accommodations this visit. Great time!!! Wonderful people and staff.

Room was beautiful & clean. Property is beautiful maintained. All the restaurants were great food & great staff. Will be staying here again!

The property was perfect! Large and spacious with all amenities that you need. The resort was great and the food spectacular! It was quiet and relaxing.

Paddling before they closed.The lake was perfect.I wanted to stay a month.

We had great expectations for Grandview Lodge, and we had heard that was a great place to stay and visit. I think the managers are living off of reputation, and not delivering the quality that is expected of a legacy high-end resort. The room we received was certainly moderately priced and should be, because it’s old, and very dated in the main lodge. they show pictures of modern, very nice rooms from the separate hotel and hide the fact that the main lodge rooms are not up to par. I love history, but I don’t wanna live it in accommodations. The mail lodge could be so much more, but it isn’t. The quality of the food and service across all of the properties’ restaurants is mediocre at best. For example, the Mexican themed lunch we had did not match the quality of Qdoba. Some, not all, members of the staff are poorly trained, and lack the expertise to deliver quality service. The handicap rail at the bottom of the ramp in the main lodge is unstable, degraded, and needs to be attended to. The overall presentation of the property is fine. But managers lack the attention to detail that is needed.
