I really enjoyed the clean room and comfortable bed. The staff was all very nice and the breakfast was good as well.

The morning breakfasts were a nice variety and again the staff very friendly and ready to assist. The only thing we wish was better was daily room service to at least empty trash and check the room.

Public hairs in unwanted areas in the bathroom. Long hair weaved into washed towels. Not particularly fond of that

Unfortunately, my family did not have a great stay due our room being dirty. The room we were in had tons of hair all over the bathroom of various lengths. It looked like there was an animal in the room from the kind of hair and the stains on the carpet. We smelled urine when we walked in. The bathroom also had dried blood on the wall. We were not able to be moved due to them being sold out. It was also too late to search for new accommodations. The night desk worker was kind but unable to resolve the issue. The beds appeared clean overall.
