Staybridge Suites Eastvale Norco by IHG

Having a full kitchen was a very valuable amenity, also the outdoor patio with grills to cook on was a nice bonus. I will definitely come back next time I am in the area.

Great location and amenities. Continental breakfast was excellent.

Good very good I will be coming back

The only thing not so great was the noise from the HVAC unit when we were trying to get to sleep. If we ever go back to that area, we will definitely stay there again.

Kitchen staff kitchen

Clean modern facilities worked perfectly for our short stay near the sports field. Beds were comfortable and the fully equipped kitchen suite was exactly what we needed. Would stay here again for future tournaments.

Room was nice and spacious, what i didn't like was how dirty it was. The floors, walls and tub were dirty. I killed 2 bugs in the bathroom.Also all I could here were dogs barking..

Really nice place to stay while working for a week in the Chino area. Staff was friendly; rooms were clean. This was a really more like having an apartment away from home where you could prepare your own meals and do laundry. Will certainly stay again on my next trip back!

Overall hotel is very new and clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I do wish rooms were cleaned more often, we stayed for 4 nights and I only was offered towels. I had to request they take out trash daily.

I liked that they had a buffet style breakfast and they offered cribs I had to move rooms due to the 1st Room smelling like mold

Room was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dish ware. Plenty of room for the kids to have their own little space.

Cleanliness Location

This place had so much potential - happy hour from 5:30-7, pool & jacuzzi (small kitchen area) However, the food and plates were always empty and when I checked into my room, there was food in the fridge and dirty dishes in the sink. I was able to get a new room but the TV did not work and the hand soap was empty. Couldn't sleep with the loud air conditioner. I have been trying to get in touch with the manager for a week now with no luck. Will not be coming back.
