We really enjoyed our time here. Thanks for the coffee and lemon water!
-
Budget friendly Staff at front counter was awful rude or just completely ignored you while too busy on the phone.

There was a big group at the hotel and they were running out breakfast, only one coffee urn. The gym is not maintained with broken equipment, for example stationary bike missing pedal straps. One side of pull up bar not working. There was no sanitizer. The gym was in name only. Room was clean but found bottle cap and empty sauce container on the air conditioner unit. Returned from an event at 5:30am , requested a key replacement. Before he could respond to my need. He left the desk to go blook the entry to the breakfast area,

The cleanliness was alright and outlook was better We had a water disruption for 4-5 hours with no backup. I had two small kids and the front desk was unable to answer when it would be fixed. Water was unavailable from 6.30pm onwards. I waited till 9.10pm for it to be fixed and when it didn’t, I had to go out and find alternate for me and my family to use restrooms and cleanup. The TV in the room didn’t work. Bathtub had extremely slow flow of water drain and was almost clogged. The microwave oven was not plugged in and we had to change its position with permission from front desk to move it. Most of all, there’s no customer service and the front desk is not at all friendly or even courteous
