Hyatt Place Atlanta / Norcross / Peachtree

I was not made aware of an overnight parking fee that negated the savings for staying at this location. Will never stay there again.

YOU HAVE TO PAY $12 A NIGHT FOR PARKING. This is pretty ridiculous since the parking lot is not covered, attended, or shared with any other place. The location is not good enough to have to pay for parking. The hotel staff started knocking on our door at 8am on our check out day to see when we were leaving. The breakfast was okay but it ran out and there was not a lot of room to eat.

Luckily, service was very good. They didn’t have a crib for the first night, as they were all taken, but the next morning they brought us a crib first thing. That made the rest of the stay easier. The housekeeper switched out our iron with another room so we were able to iron our clothes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone or ever stay here. If this is the Hyatt standard, I won’t be booking any Hyatt hotels in the future.

It had good breakfast

Room and hotel itself is really ran down. The property needs an upgrade. Carpets are filthy not even dirty!!

Maybe a microwave in a room would be nice in case of a late night snack

Paying $12 a day for parking seems excessive. Also, the hotel needs to be update, it looks a little unkept.

Great stay

The room was perfect for our small family to play cards and games together. Unfortunately, the fire alarm kept going off one night, and the fire door by our room kept slamming shut. There was no fire, just a control panel issue, but it kept me awake. The staff were wonderful and very helpful.

Very clean and breakfast was good

Clean, staff good, breakfast good air condition good but fire alarm at 2:50 am keep alarm more than 5 times.

It was a very satisfying stay.

Check in went smoothly but signing in to park at the hotel was frustrating. Kept getting an error message and the person that checked us in said it would be easier to use the QR code than help us. We got in at 7 pm and the were no sheets for the pull out couch, and no bags in the trash cans. Had to make multiple trips to the front desk. We stayed here a week ago and had an AMAZING stay which is why we wanted to stay again on the way home. Was very disappointed
