Quite good pools but weekends no cleaner

Only issue was ac in the hallway/elevator. Ps. There is an additional $12 for parking per day.

surprisingly the room was very clean and comfortable. I was a little concerned when the room was rated very good. i’m really picky when it comes to a hotel stay. The breakfast was very good. The only complaint I would have is the hallway to the room was hot, but the air in the room worked perfectly. I would definitely stay there again..

Staff were nice but terrible breakfa

I speak 5 languages..not always well but it seemed to be a joke to them. Also, do they wear house clothes for work?

It was difficult to find not well marked from the main road. Other than that, it was very nice, clean, and the employees were all very helpful.

We got to the hotel and they gave our suite to someone else. We had a reservation for over a month and the staff didn't help us one bit we ended up in another hotel. Worse hotel experience we ever had with a hotel.

The only thing that I would say should be better is the breakfast. Breakfast wasn’t that great but overall the room and the stay was amazing.

Clean and up to date. Just hope no parking fee.

Room cleanliness was not the standard of the Hyatt. Once curtains was opened the bed spread illuminated what looked like mold all over the blanket. When speaking with the manager she gave explanation of who the feathers dry within the blanket. Did not looked like feathers and appeared to be mold. Had them remove it and replace with another blanket. Room quality seemed old and in need of thorough cleaning. Lobby area needed vacuuming, curtains were stained and clearly needed to be cleaned. Disappointed in my stay. Breakfast area was not kept clean during meal time. Trash over flowing, crumbs and stains remained on counters etc

Everything i love this place

The location was nice, it's secluded. There are nice stores close.

I don't know who the morning staff is. Young kids are inside the counter, and the way someone who doesn't look like a staff member is looking at the counter seems to be lacking in expertise. Why do I get paid for parking? I don't understand why I have to pay for parking when I don't need valet parking

great facility. i only stayed over night; Got in late and left early before breakfast so cant speak to the presentation. I did notice the eating is a little older but nothing that is a deal breaker. The room was great, clean, cool a/c. though parking fee a little steep but less that a tow and theft. I highly recommend.

The needs alot of updates ,as well as detailed cleaning.Breakfast is the only decent part of my stay.

Location The desk clerk and hotel staff were very professional. The hotel manager was not. She had children working behind the desk, cleaning hallway floors near the rooms and actually doing someone’s hair at her desk in her office. She was pleasant but that was very unprofessional. Curtains and rugs in the lobby and eating area were filthy and smelled.

Didn't get room cleaned the whole time. I needed to request for clean towels. Someone was smoking I could smell in bathroom vent.

Expedia is the worst.

The room was clean but does show some aging. The breakfast area was very busy closer to 9. The $13 parking fee is a joke and you have to pay for it separately via qr code. That’s ridiculous as this place is in the middle of nowhere.

Room was clean.. staff was nice. Price was ok too. Had to pay for parking tho unfortunately
