Very clean hotel and the food was excellent. The front desk person was “Hope” and she was nice and professional. Hope also had great advice for nearby restaurants and I appreciated that. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Atlanta.

Clean and great experience!

Nice stay! Truly. The reason of the 4star rating; I will be sure to request the "other" side of the hall as I was on the back side (view of maintenance). I was hoping to get some good sleep with my toddler, but instead, we heard the banging from the maintenance and the continuous beeping from the forklift. Rrrrrrr.... other than that, it was a good stay.

Was disappointed to have to pay for parking and breakfast was
-
The room was disgusting. The floor was dirty. There was mold on the vents. The bed smelled of a sweaty man. They don't offer a free breakfast, but charge ridiculous prices for a muffin and water. We were there 1 night, so we toughed it out, but we will never go back. Just nasty.

On my initial check in, I was checked in to the wrong room. Additional, there was a technician working on the wifi in the room when I arrived. When I went back to the front desk they checked me in to the correct room. However, on the last day of my stay the AC unit stopped working and it was terribly hot. I booked this location for the swimming pool and gym. Unfortunately, the swimming pool and gym were under construction so I could not use those amenities. Lastly I was not given any breakfast vouchers until the third day of my stay. Otherwise the room was very clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Bar and breakfast service was excellent.

Hotel room was very clean, staff extremely friendly & I enjoyed my stay. However, I will say - I was a bit disappointed that I had to pay to park. I understand that they don’t want people parking in the lot if they don’t belong there. But it seems ridiculous that I was charged $13.50 to park at a hotel that I paid for. Just seems kinda crazy to me. Other than that, everything else was great!!

Amazing stay & staff!

Hope and Whitney were great. I just wish the fitness center was up to date and construction was done.

I pay for Parking & Breakfast Hotel administration don't know about it. They collect security deposit $50 still I did not received my deposit $50.

The people working at the hotel were polite. The rooms were smallish and a bit musty. The hotel was under renovation, and the pool was closed. Neither of those issues was disclosed when I made the reservation. I checked the box to include paid parking, breakfast for 2, and free wi-fi, but the hotel kept saying it didn't show on their end. I had to show them my email. I was charged for parking, and something was charged to my room, but I have yet to receive an explanation. The hotel staff says I must speak to their Manager, but that # goes to a generic voicemail. I have left a couple of messages with no response yet. I sent an email, as instructed, to get credit for the parking, but I haven't received a reply. There seems to be a disconnect between Expedia and Marriott, and another disconnect between Marriott staff and the District or General Manager.

Very good

I didn’t really like anything about the property….most of the paid parking.
-
Parking charge when parking is apart of the hotel property. Parking fee per night is ridiculous. There was no amenities as they were all under construction. Pool, gym all down. Floor has a weird smell. Would not stay here ever again.

Excellent

The air conditioning malfunctioned on the first night, and on the second night, the door was locked due to the battery dying. The construction noise in the breakfast area was unbearable, making it a completely unpleasant experience.
