Great hotel! Clean and convenient!

Hotel was great but don’t be fooled by the photos - it is not a historical motel by far. They need to post what the hotel truly looks like. There is not a 1920’s vehicle out front, there isn’t a 1920’s type look to the building and there is not a golf course on the property!

My room didnt have trash bag and other little things. Charged my card 3 deposits charged.

We enjoyed the onsite restaurant and bar. Excellent food and service.

However, Expedia does not clearly indicate in the reservation confirmation whether breakfast is included. When I checked in at the hotel, I was surprised to learn that breakfast was not recognized as part of my reservation. The hotel staff denied that breakfast was included, and when I contacted Expedia, their representative reviewed my reservation and also stated that breakfast was not included. Despite this, I was confident that I had selected the breakfast option when booking. What I distinctly remember is comparing the rates and noticing that the breakfast-included option was only slightly more expensive than the standard rate. Now that my trip is complete, I tried recreating the booking process and noticed what appears to be the source of the confusion. As shown in the screenshot, even when the breakfast-included option is selected, the reservation details do not explicitly state that breakfast is included. Instead, the page still displays "Breakfast available for a fee," regardless of whether the breakfast-inclusive rate was chosen or not.I am extremely disappointed with both Expedia and Crowne Plaza Atlanta NE - Norcross by IHG. Expedia's booking process and reservation details are misleading because they do not clearly indicate when a breakfast-inclusive

I always stay in this hotel. Always clean, the bar/restaurant in the hotel is very nice. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in town for a visit.

The front desk was a 20 minute wait being the gentleman was in the bathroom .no greeting as well as no updates on breakfast times or info about the hotel .the shower had workmen hair in its previous from housekeeping.

I enjoyed everything,it was peaceful, comfortable and relaxing and by including breakfast in my package,I was able to enjoy a delicious breakfast while was there

Everyone from the person checking me in to the cleaning staff was friendly and full of smiles.

The only things I would've liked to see extra was a microwave in the room and app access on the television but other that everything else was perfect. The sauna was a nice touch!

I only stayed for one night as I was only there to tour venues for my daughters wedding. I'm normally a Hyatt girl but this brief stay was impressive and I have recommended Crown Plaza for all guests coming to stay for my daughters wedding weekend.

Great location near Norcross. It was quite a value as it felt like a much more upscale place. Everything was clean and updated. The room was well appointed. Easy self parking. The staff was also efficient.

Quality of breakfast could be improved.
