Hampton Inn Peachtree Corners Norcross

Had an issue with the air conditioner. The front desk sent the maintenance to the room in 20 minutes. They eventually fixed it.

All good and an especially friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was nice with plenty of parking.

The hotel needs renovation.

We felt we in a secluded hotel even though we were in the center of the city.

you get what you paid for. It’s clean. The staff is Friendly… The rooms are newly decorated but gloomy lighting… I don’t understand the use of cold blue bulbs… When warm bulbs cost the same and are readilyavailable… Some of the hotel is shabby but again clean

Parking was easy and convenient. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this property.

Breakfast was excellent! Room was quiet, clean, comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.

Además, las puertas no cerraban bien. Solicité ropa de cama limpia en la recepción, pero me informaron que no tenían disponible y únicamente me entregaron dos frisas. Considero que esta situación es inaceptable, especialmente para un hotel de la cadena Hampton. El hotel necesita mejorar considerablemente su limpieza, mantenimiento y servicio al cliente, ya que no refleja la calidad que normalmente se espera de Hampton. Quedé muy decepcionada, pues escogí este hotel esperando disfrutar de una estadía cómoda y agradable durante mis vacaciones, pero lamentablemente la experiencia fue todo lo contrario.
