Location to Highway. Proximity was great! Staff was wonderful. Room was HOT and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Location and cleanliness Hotel was under construction so less rooms were available. My request I submitted at booking weren't available upon arrival.

I had a situation with the shower and the staff was able to help me out. They were super nice and helpful. The staff goes out of their way to make sure that all of us were happy.

I was given my requests: extra pillows, face towels and wash cloths, and blanket.. Front Desk Clerk helped with microwave and brought my requests to the room after my check-in. The water was very hot from hot & cold faucets...couldn't take a decent shower; I was in the shower but the water was extremely hot! I felt very uncomfortable. Please give a partial reimbursement [atleast half the cost] for this experience. I informed the front desk staff when it happened. I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. Also the room was located "too far" from the entrance. I was given an ADA room that I didn't ask for. I walk with a cane. Asked for additional pillows to help me elevate legs at bedtime; not an ADA room. Thank you, Diana Lester
