Great stay overall and confidently located to the airport.

Free parking. Only one elevator and is not working. Only one laundry room and is not working. No free breakfast and no water or coffee. One bottle of water is 5 dollars. I feel like a cheap motel than a high end one. No more of this brand for me.

The staff were so kind and accommodating! Great stay!

The night didn’t go very well. Temperature of shower was two hot. Was told they had to reset the boiler wait about 30 minutes. Still didn’t work right. Was told to wait again then try running water. Still not working right. Finally got me into another room and I didn’t take a shower until 1 am.

Be prepared to walk a distance to the elevator.

Negatives: room smelled moldy or like to much lysol was sprayed to cover up a smell. The air was either freezing or hot, beds were NOT comfortable. Bathroom area was extremely narrow. Plumbing was the most concerning. The water temperature was 2 degrees before scalding. When we notified the front desk, they were aware because another guest complained and were "trying to figure it out." I guess they never did because it didn't improve. The toilets flushed so slowly, we weren't sure if it was clogged. My son tried using the restroom on lobby and couldn't because that was ACTUALLY clogged. Again soothe issue they were aware of, but this time, he was told that maintenence wasn't working because it was the weekend. I've never heard that before but oh well. If call this place, "lipstick on a pig" and would not stay here again.

Need microwaves in the room so you don't have to go all the way to the lobby just to heat up your food. It's really inconvenient especially if you're staying on the second floor

Close to shopping areas Room smelled like smoke Beds were small

My daughter and I stayed here for a dance competition. The courtyard and balcony view area made us feel like we were in a resort. It was so relaxing to come home to this place after a long day at competitions. It is very clean, and the staff are all very helpful. It is also right next to great eats and Target that are walking distance if you must walk. We are definitely coming back here again any chance we get or even find reasons to stay in Atlanta to stay at this hotel even if it is not completely in the way of where we are headed.
