This was my 2nd stay at this hotel- Staff is wonderful and the hotel is great! I will stay here again next time I’m in Atlanta!

I arrived at 4:30am and left at 9am so I didn’t really enjoy the property or any amenities - i basically just slept then woke up and left- the only experience i recall is that the shower was cold- never warmed up- so that’s a negative - but the hotel was nice and clean.

Very beautiful property. Booked a two queen bed room but was put in a king bed room with pullout . Front desk clerk was really pleasant during check in. The property keeps the air on blast even in the pool area. Love the property is close to a shopping center.

The room was clean, however, very outdated. The hotel was freezing cold throughout the entire building, which made it miserable. I was there in the dead of summer and I had to wear leggings and a jacket just to go to breakfast. Even the pool area was freezing. For the most part, the staff was very kind except for one lady named Candy at the front desk, she was extremely rude and made it clear that she was not happy having To answers my question. Breakfast was overpriced In my opinion for what it was. It was the exact same every day, but the breakfast staff was very accommodating. :) I don’t think I’ll stay there again when I go to Atlanta mostly because of how cold it is in there and the expense of the breakfast, which wouldn’t have been a big deal had a vehicle to go elsewhere.

The bathroom was very very nasty I had to clean it myself around inside the toilet was the waste I ever seen in my life as a 69 year old lady, the manager on duty at the time said they don't do heavy cleaning you have to request that service it was so much u no what it showed it has never been cleaned so be careful where you'll sit down at I have pictures but don't want to cheer at this time but the manager saw it

I did run into a tiny ant situation in my room, but the way the team handled it was top‑tier. They immediately offered to move me to another room, no hesitation. I stayed put only because I was already settled in and vibing. It wasn’t a complaint, just me giving them a heads‑up for the next guest. Their response was professional, fast, and genuinely kind. Overall, the stay was fire! The property is gorgeous, the staff is elite, and I would stay here again and again

Clean room, nice bed

Great staff. Free parking. Clean quiet room. I’ve always experienced no hot water in the shower but as soon as I call the front desk they resolve it within 15 minutes.

I loved when I walked in it smelled so clean starting in the lobby!! It carried to the room that was spotless!! I’ve stayed here several times and it never disappoints!! I would stay again!!

It was ok. Could use some updates in rooms and a/c units The rooms had an old smell and needed some up dates in room. I had to change room 3 times. But the front desk guy did a great job trying to make us comfortable . If they change a few things I will definitely return and try again
