Unfortunately we went down for breakfast at 8:15am and they had already ran out of eggs and cereal.

An ideal one night stay here

Great hotel with a nice breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly and the place was very clean.

Great affordable place

When I finally arrived, the receptionist informed me that the hotel was sold out and that my room had been given away. I was told they had tried to contact me but could not find my phone number. This was difficult to believe since I had personally spoken with the manager earlier that day regarding my late arrival. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. I was traveling with my 10-year-old daughter, and because every nearby hotel was fully booked, we ended up spending the night sleeping in our car. This experience was stressful, unacceptable, and completely avoidable. A confirmed reservation should be honored, especially after notifying the hotel of a late arrival. I would not recommend this hotel based on the way this situation was

It was okay, no frills accommodations

Room wasn’t cleaned after first night. Trash not dumped. We did request and get fresh towels.

Awesome staff, very clean room.

Service is absolutely top shelf. Good location for my needs. Definitely a solid 10 for a no frills room. Just need a place to stop and recharge? Perfect place and the price is right.

The proximity to the beach was fantastic. The proximity to a walkable area that lead to the beach and some stores was superb. The venue felt safe and inviting. The noise levels were peaceful. The room temperatures seemed inconsistent. One of our rooms was frigid when we arrived and one of our rooms was sweltering. The rooms also felt rather humid. A moderate room temperature and humidity level upon arrival is an improvement that could be made.

The room was great, breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only drawback was noise from the street.

The hotel is next to a pretty busy road so there was a fair amount of traffic noise throughout the night. The breakfast was pretty underwhelming relative to the cost of the room.

Clean and cozy room. Close to East Beach but be prepared to walk there. (Very little parking at the beach) I'm glad the hotel was so close. The staff was very friendly. I would most definitely stay again.

Close to family

The room was near a road and I was awakened a couple of times during the night by loud motorcycles going up and down the road.

Rooms were very clean. Staff was excellent. Amenities were VERY lacking. Coffee was cold both days. I prefer coffee in my room. Breakfast was terrible. Frozen muffins. Stale bagels. No protein available for diabetics.

Not bad for a low budget hotel with a cold breakfast. Staff was super helpful and super friendly. I think based on the fact that this hotel is low budget that the price per night was a little steep. No pool, no gym, no hot breakfast, etc.

Decent hotel for an overnight stay. No microwave in the room. Very small refrigerator. Breakfast was very minimal. No hot breakfast. For the price of the room, would expect a better breakfast. Rooms smell the weed. Dogs barking all night and day. Room service was poor. Stayed for almost 2 weeks. Sheets were never changed and towels replaced about every 3rd day.

Clean and fresh hotel at a good price. We were in Norfolk for one night to visit the Chrysler Museum and the botanical gardens. The Sourdough pizza place down the street was great.
