Pictures were not like they was online the bathtub was chipping paint and the window had a crack in it form a gunshot

You can it's in a renovation process but our room was very clean. I loved the shower.
-
The property was very run down; pot holes in the parking lot, rusty buildings, the clerk was obviously baby sitting her grand children and they were running around the lobby. The rooms did not look that bad except the bed was very noisy and several outlets did not work.
-
Nothing Sheets and bedding were literally dirty, makeup stains on pillows, hair all over sheets.

Very disappointing experience. I booked a non-smoking room for my family with two kids, but we were given a smoking room. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. Even at 6:20 PM, our room wasn’t ready despite a 3:00 PM check-in. The replacement room smelled strongly of smoke, had stained sheets, a dirty broken bathtub, a wet floor, used toilet tissue, and almost no toiletries. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

The room was on the the first floor, as requested. It was very clean and spacious. The bed was not the most comfortable, but it worked. The TV remote was missing from the room, but one was supplied. The young lady from housekeeping opened our door and was coming in the before announcing herself, which was on the frightening side of things.

The bathroom was not clean. The front staff was notified about this and nothing was done to rectify it. Also, I paid for an upgraded room and did not receive it. Was told all the other rooms were sold out. Lastly, the room smelled of smoke when I booked a non-smoking room.

Great location and cleanliness If you was staying and you had a lot of luggage, they didn't have a cart to put your luggage in. Other than that it was good.

Booked a non smoking room, arrived at 9pm to be told that they were “all sold out” of non smoking rooms. They tried putting me in a smoking room which I said no to and asked for a refund because I didn’t get what I paid for. They told me to contact Expedia who didn’t refund me my money saying the hotel is responsible for that and they didn’t authorize it. They both are telling me opposite things. But the lobby of the hotel was disgusting and smelled horribly of smoke so I’m sure the rooms were equally disgusting.

Staff was friendly. Close to my destination Needs updating, my kids and I were very uncomfortable with the room. Lock on the door didn’t work. Sheets had stains (disgusting) tub was in bad condition. I would never choose affordable over comfort again. I couldn’t wait to checkout of this place.

The motel is OK. This is an older hotel that has been updated (and some parts are still under construction). With fresh bathroom tile and fixtures, vinyl flooring, furniture, bedding it felt like a chance worth taking at that price point. Sadly, I don't think it's being maintained well. The shower wasn't properly cleaned (not just stains) and there was a cigarette hole in my bedspread. I asked the front desk to have housekeeping clean the pink mildew off the shower walls the first day, but they simply gave me new towels. So they just have a different expectation of clean than I have. Clean sheets and towels, not a clean shower. The bed frames were metal which ended up making a funny rumbling thunder noise with every movement. It isn't particularly loud, didn't wake us up, just strange. My rating is below average. You get what you pay for, so I'm not expecting luxur. But cleaning is a simple thing to do. And neglecting to clean will eventually destroy their investment in updates.

Had to ask for toilet paper. Floor was dirty, my sock may never come clean. Could hear the tv next door. Even with ac running the humidity in the room was terrible. Keep this toilet paper supplied, Kleenex’s in room, shampoo would have been nice and towels that had some weight to them.

Close to literally everything! Beds and pillows weren't very comfortable.

From large potholes in the parking lot to rusted hand railings, this property has seen its better days. Chipping paint, drab and distressed room design from decades ago will instantly transport you to the 20th century, which is probably the last time any maintenance was done. The TV was only watchable for a few minutes before it lost its signal and, not surprisingly, there was only one accessible electrical wall outlet and no USB hub which is commonplace in most hotels now. Please keep your expectations very low if you choose to stay here.

Room was clean but certainly no frills. Pretty much what I expected based on the rate. Believe I got value for my money. Would consider staying again. Location is good with many retail establishments along the road.

Location was decent. Our room was in the back building. The room huge. Sitting area and then room with bed. The bathroom was really nice, with sliding door shower and tile. The outside front building looked a tad scary. Paint needs redone. Sidewalks to rooms were bumpy and need redoing. People checking in were a little worrisome, a lot of folks smoking outside the rooms or in their vehicles.

My 9 yo and I were so turned off my the greasy walls, smoke burn bedding and busted bathroom that we left after 10 minutes. Our reservation said no smoking but they put us in a heavily smoked out room with air that was unbreathable.

There was a dead bug in the key return window The parking lot was too small

The first floor non-smoking rooms have been recently renovated and are very very clean and comfortable. The motel exterior, courtyard, and walkways in the front of the doors look pretty shabby, but the room made up for it. Fluffy nice pillows, soft sheets, good mattress. No frills, no shampoo available.

When we arrived with our group - it was NOTHING like the pictures. It was very old, the main building was all smoking and looked terrible. There is a remodeled back section that looked a little better. Even though my reservation thru hotels.com said NON-Smoking room, they would not give me a NON-smoking room. The manager said that the 3rd party reservation places like this always make mistakes like that and they were sold out. We had a rather large group (4 rooms) and not everyone's window closed in the bathrooms. My family did not even sleep under the covers, nor shower there. Unfortunately, everything around was sold out as well, so we left the next early morning.
