Very clean The phone was make noise all the time the refrigerator was not working the air conditioning was not cooling

Nothing Disgusting and door was wide open to my room when I got in, also a 50 dollar security charge thats nog stated in booking. Com added to pay. I think bed bugs or whichever bugs are in my room because I was bit

This hotel is right on a busy strip with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The bathroom were recently renovated, The outside of the hotel is falling apart. It was rundown, the cement walkways were broken and uneven. There was a bag of trash outside on the walkway. The sheets were stained and there was very little water pressure.

First thing we noticed was that the pillows didn't have clean pillowcases on them (no pillowcases at all). The person in the office was very helpful and got them immediately. The bed was hard as a rock unfortunately. Room was fairly quiet but the property itself was pretty run down.

Run down weekly tenants hang in rear parking lot very dirty room bathtub paint chipped out the whole bottom would not use very old flooring just yuk

First night was fine my second night . Items was stolen from my room when I went out to dinner. Bottom lock on door doesn't work. Need more security on door considering the area in Norfolk . No lightning over bathroom sink.

Someone came in my roomm, when I went out to dinner. And stole some personal items from my bag I left in the room. The bottom lock doesn't work on the door. And they truly need to fix the sidewalk going into the room. The sidewalk has been like that for 2 yrs its terrible. They can be sued.

Nothing at all Room had a smell bed lien wasn't clean had spots all on it a d hole in the Blanket.
