Best Western Plus Chesapeake Bay-Norfolk

This was a great place, if you have a room with a kitchen you have to have certain pans or else the stove top willnt work. Other then that it was pretty sweet. A water fountain/falls just outside our room. A pool and an excellent view of the ocean. One of our best Vacations yet. Would return

Room had a separate living and dining area, was a nice surprise. Only negative thing we experienced was a slight smell from the refrigerator, maybe a dead mouse?

Last minute traveling thru stay. Very strong musty smell in room. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a toilet so low to the ground. Felt like I was on my grandkids porta potty

Stayed 5 days at this property. Did not have our room cleaned once. They emptied the trash cans one time, did not leave towels or make beds. There were coke cans on the balcony when we arrived, bathroom was not the cleanest either. I asked for towels to be brought to our room and was told I would have to come and pick them up myself. The view from the balcony was very nice but I will not be returning.

Relaxing stay. Nice clean pool area.

I would have given a higher rating, however... there was mold by the door leading to the balcony, the tile floor wasn't very clean(hair and sticky spots) in several places and the exhaust fan wasn't securely attached to the ceiling. Yes, this hotel is on the water, but I feel that housekeeping could be more diligent. These few issues weren't BAD enough to truly complain to the front desk during our stay... but I felt that they should be brought to attention of the front desk. I did so upon checkout.

The atmosphere was charming AF and I plan to bring my son back for a pier fishing extravaganza.

There was no soap in shower empty. There was no hand soap to wash hands. There was a sticky substance on the bedside table.

The suite style room. And the dog walk/park area. Location was a little far from our venue but we knew that booking.

Great staff, room, easy parking, delicious breakfast and again GREAT customer service!!!

Bugs, stuck door, tub wouldn’t drain.

Toilet wasn't clogged but wouldn't flush right our main door had a half inch gap in the corner of it had to put a towel in front of it to keep the bugs out air conditioner worked but looked like it was falling out of the wall . Called and asked staff for wash cloths said they were being washed went to the front desk later in the day lady wrote down the room number said they would take some up later never seen them . View of the bay was great pool was nice.

A clean and quiet little spot with an awesome view. I would 100% stay again.

The place was okay just the rooms needs more attention floors where dirty carpet had holes in it.

Close to ocean Do not have any innovation, breakfast very bad, same food for many years!

Staff in the dining room for breakfast was rude and unhelpful.

24 hr beach with in feet. Super helpful staff. This place made my wife's day.

Staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Great view of beach from balcony. Nice pool. Would definitely stay there again
