Budget Inn Norfolk Va

It was a quiet hotel but not the cleanest. Beds were very rock solid but it served the purpose for a place to lay our heads after a long day or work.

The price only. the people calling about confirming reservations and management are rude. They dont have any customer service training. Very hostile, not going back to this facility, not worth it.

The rooms are clean and the staff is great. The parking and walkways to rooms have water puddles from rain and ac units. For the price and location you can't beat it. The rooms have a nice size fridge. We enjoyed our 2 night stay. You are just blocks from grocery store and fast food. It's nice and convenient. Nothing extremely fancy but nice enough.

Dated. Nothing seemed clean. Old furniture. Old floor. Old shower. Old bed. Old. Kept socks on the whole time.

There were stains on the curtains. The ac unit did not work very well. Tub was dirty. The tv would only work on one channel. Very loud all night long. Neighboring rooms were up all night long being very loud.

Dirty, smelly, scary, gross. Oh and the telephone not attached or means to do so. The tv didn’t work either. The pics on your website didn’t match the premises. Go check it out if you don’t believe me.

The bed sheets had stains on them and did not look like they were clean. I slept on top of blankets. A/C made noise the whole night and it leaked water on the floor.

Nothing its a bad spot to vacation at Location, people around us , the environment wasn't safe ir welcoming

The hotel had standing water in the outside walkways even when it didn’t rain. There is no housekeeping services I stayed 5 nights had multiple rooms. Had a surprise 40 dollar fee when checking in. The staff was rude. We had to take our own trash out. My room the a/c barely worked and the floors were weak in spots in 2 of 3 rooms and in another room the lights flicked. Only 2 towels for the 5 nights. The only redeeming quality is it was a 3 minute walk to the beach.

The staff are really nice and welcoming, its right across from the beach but needs some work done. Ac was mediocre, electrical outlets worked half and half which is scary, very thin pillows, towels and bed stuff dont look like they're cleaned properly. Very dingy and stained.

I booked and paid for my room the day before check-in. I traveled 600 miles, got to the hotel and hour after arrival time, and the room was not ready. I had to wait another 20 minutes, so I parked. I was sitting in front of the room, and no one ever went in the room to do anything. The rug on tub was dirty, the toilet had poop on the front and side of it. The sheets had blood streaks in them,and their was lots of flies in the room!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! OH AND THEIR TEENAGE KIDS WERE PLAYING SOCCER IN THE PARKING LOT KICKING THE SOCCER BALL HITTING CARS!!

The only positives about this hotel is the closness to the beach. Room had refrigerator and microwave and good water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, the room was filthy, the towels and sheets were badly stained and you couldn't walk barefoot because the floor was so nasty. There was only one chanel in the TV and there wasn't a mirror. This was the second room because the first one was even dirtier!

The place was dirty when checked in and towel were stained when we asked for more towels they gave us a very hard time and at one point they refused to I would highly not recommend
