Zero Walking up to check in smiling at the woman on reception and saying good afternoon to have her look back with a blank expression and saying nothing.

got there late . exhausted and just like that I was turned down based on my clothes and was refused a room I booked online and paid for

Didn't have a taste of it My deposit not reimbursed, it's been twice. A total of $100, 50 for me and the other for my husband

comfortable bed and hot shower room looks and smells old but other than that its good

Location close to the water Definitely need upgrades. Old

Experience overall horrible. Hospital lacked luster. Paid Wi-Fi was limited. Wi-Fi expired frequently causing data breaches, failed payments captures got new reservations, etc. go without washing sheet recycled sherts. Noticed same dirt dust & dander in same spots. Inconvenient housekeepers. nuance of times before check out they knock on door.

Door was broken. Very noisy. Right on the thoroughfare. I had prepaid so there was nothing to do but walk away

They wouldn't let me check in I paid for something I didnt get

the room size the staff was very rude. they didn't care if they knocked at 10:25 am to ask if you were leaving or staying..... they would even bust into your room if you didn't answer their knock

No issues with bugs, which I really appreciate. It’s a reliable option for me. Over longer stays in the same room, I noticed lingering dust that can trigger allergies. Some surfaces seem to get missed during routine cleanings. There are light, lingering odors that stay in the room over time. The check-out/check-in by the day for consecutive nights can be inconvenient due to the 11 am check oht policy.
