there were no utensil pots pans dishes. Very disappointed.

Front desk lady was very nice even tho we came in late.

Nothing When we arrived even though we had previously booked a room, there was nobody available at the counter. Just a number to call. We had to call the number over and over, and finally got someone to answer. We were very rudely informed that there weren't any rooms available and that it wasn't their problem, even though we have booked and paid for the room already. We were forced to drive around and make phone calls until we found another hotel somewhere else. We will never use that chain of hotels again. Probably won't ever use booking.com again either. They gave no recourse or phone number to call. Just took my money, and I had to go pay for another hotel anyway. Extremely upset about it.

Everything very quiet n peaceful and clean and nice Wifis kinda slow depending on what floor your on

Didn't get to stay there. No one available to let us inside. 11 30 P.M. We and many other people could not get checked in. There was no staff there after 10 p.m. Several people were very unhappy with this hotel. On top of all of that they charged us for one night's stay as if we had cancelled our reservation. Stay far away from this place or show up early in the evening. Good luck!

There's not much to like The air conditioner sucked beds are rock hard tand they added extra fees at check out

Absolutely nothing TheThe facility itself was very dirty. My room that the lady who checked me in said it had just been cleaned. Well, there was black hair all over in the bathtub. The bar of soap looked like it had been used and resealed, there was a empty Styrofoam from bowl under one of the beds, the room reeked of urine and the floor had so many crumbs from food, etc. It looked like it had not been swept or scrubbed in a very, very long time. No TVIce machine and definitely no other amenities

We had to pack up a newborn baby, dIsabled child and an 83 year old grandpa at 3 am to leave because our room had ROACHES!! and this was after we had to wait until almost 8pm to check in because the rooms weren't ready for the 3pm check in. Room was not clean and smelled and we reeked of cigarette smoke. WILL NOT RETURN!! VERY DISSATISFIED!

Nothing Everything… NOTHING WORKED IN THE ROOM!

Nothing. Lady at check in was unable to provide any information regarding why our room was cancelled. Blamed it all on Booking.com. She said they were "out of rooms" and that they booked up the night before. We made our reservations weeks in advance. We drove 4hrs there and were unable to find other accommodations anywhere nearby. So, we drove 4hrs back home through a severe thunderstorm warning.

The price. The hours of the attendant were not convenient at all. Our floor was dirty and sticky. My bed smelt of urine.

Nothing. First of all my reservation was cancelled hours before my arrival time. When I got to the lobby I was trying to find someone to inquire about the sudden cancellation and nobody was at the front desk. The lobby smelled like muggy and looked dirty. I don’t recommend this place at all.

2- When I asked which side of the hotel my room was on, so I knew where to park my vehicle, she told me it doesn't matter. I just need to get in the elevator and go to the second floor to get to my room. 3- The facility and rooms are very old and outdated. Very dingy and unclean. Stains on the walls, dirt built up around the kitchen sink and dirt around the edges of the floor around the tub and toilet. 4- The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. So I had to plug in my curling iron in the kitchen and then carry it into the bathroom so I could look in the mirror just watch what I was doing. 5- The lighting was horrible. There were so many light switches that if you turned one on it ended up turning others off. It was very confusing. 6- Human hair on supposedly, clean towels, folded and hung up in the bathroom to use. ? Enough said about that. 7- When going to check out, no one was at the front counter. The window was pulled down and locked. I had to use the phone in the lobby to call someone to come open the window to take my key so I could leave. When I asked for a receipt, they told me they don't do that, I'll get an email. When I told them I wanted to see an itemized bill before I walked out, again I was told they don't do that and to just look for an email for my bill. 8- I would have never booked this hotel on my own, but someone else booked it for me. 9- The location is horrible. There is nothing near it. No restaurants no stores of any type. You have to exit exit 114. Cross over the freeway, get back on the freeway going the opposite direction, to then go to exit 113 to then backtrack to a side road to get to this hotel.?

Not a Damn thing!! The list is LONG!! No coffee, room not as described, TV didn’t work, evening desk clerk was NASTY, property was dirty….
