The room was perfect for my work trip. Tv would randomly freeze while watching netflix

They accommodated my requests very well.

Lady at the font desk was nice It was not clean , microwave did not work. Did not stay there went to a Days Inn. I took pictures of elevator & that was I got you can tell it dirty .

if that is the manager I don’t want to see the rest of the staff like seriously she was super mean with everybody not only me I saw customers begging her for a hanger and a towel and she didn’t provided them with that and was talking to them like she was talking to somebody beneath her so please do yourself a favor and don’t book here because you won’t get a room guaranteed and will be treated like trash by Mikayala .

It's was a good experience

I didn’t like the fact the property was in the middle of nowhere. Not even a gas station. Additionally, when I was checking into the hotel I had to wait around 10mins for someone to even check me in. As I’m waiting one of the guests approached my wife asking for drugs in front of my kids. Needless to say we didn’t even sleep in the room and ended up checking in somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend this MOTEL to any sane person or family!!! I wish I could get my money back! Not a good place for a family!!!

On the 2nd day I was to move to 3rd floor smoking room. Plus the TV worked in this room. From the time I checked in until the second day when I moved to the third floor the TV never worked. The girl at the front desk all day but she was very helpful and very busy to retrieve a HDMI cord which was stolen from the previous person in the room. The floor in the room constantly stayed wet no matter what you did it just constantly stayed wet. The shower in the second room on the third floor was awful but the one in the first room we had was awesome it had great power and great hot water pressure. I did not like the fact that there was not an ice machine I hated that. And I was also looking for housekeeping to come and at least give me clean towels and clean sheets or at least clean towels I mean nobody wants to wash their ass everyday with the same towel. I also did not like the fact that I was not at least offered a complimentary room or a discount while staying there I stayed 4 days and was offered no kind of discount or no complimentary room whatsoever. I personally used to run a Marriott and we used to give out discounts all the time and make it right by the customer and they were always right no matter what the situation is I've also been a housekeeping manager so no matter what the issue is you make the issue right. I do however like the fact that you do have full size refrigerators with a mini kitchen where you're able to access what you want to cook but I think you should also at least make it accessible with that pot and a skillet because some people traveling don't have access to that with them all times at least silverware pot skillet a towel holder just the main essentials for kitchen if you're going to access and charge for a sheet and a towel at least offer that for a kitchen so they're able to cook that would be a great idea. I do think McKayla at the front desk was a really great host front desk court she worked with us on accommodating us on checkout she did a wonderful job and we really appreciate her.

After repeatedly knocking on the door the receptionist opened the door and had an excuse for everything. She was nice and pleasant even to this grumpy old man. Hall smelt of marijuana and bleach, very intolerant. Room was clean, but very basic and smelled to the highest mountain of bleach. Gave us a headache. After turning on bathroom fan and moved some air it became tolerant or we fell asleep and didn’t noticed it. No one again at front counter the next morning to check us out. Overall not a good experience.

The location There was hair all in the sheets and on the pillow of the full size bed I was supposed to sleep in. You could tell the sheets hadn’t been changed. The floors had not been swept or cleaned. There was also a light that flashed all night IN THE ROOM!!

This location is on the outskirts of town with easy access to the highway. Its a 4 story building with an elevator for upper levels. We had 2 double/queen beds in our kitchenette room. The room had a full size fridge with a 2 burner electric stove. Our room had lamate flooring. I do not like carpet in hotels. The shower had a high shower head with endless amounts of hot water. I was traveling alone with my adult daughter and felt completely safe here. I will stay here again.

The young lady MaKayla was so exceptional! Very hard worker and she aims to please. Wish you could clone her!! Great stay and she needs a raise!! Didn't like the fact there wasn't a pool!!
