At the time of our stay they were out of toilet paper for the entire hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, we stayed 20 minutes and asked for a refund for the weekend then went to another hotel to stay.

The properties is fine, but the staff were really rude The staff they ruined the whole thing and when I called, they were rude to me over the phone too

Despite having made a reservation weeks in advance, we were unable to get a room. We attempted to check in at 4pm and was told no rooms were clean yet. When we went back at 6:30, the staff just held up a sign that said " even if you have a reservation, we have no rooms". We ended up staying 20 miles away.

It’s decent. Air conditioner was a beast; it was the best AC in a hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The front desk girl, Vicky, was the rudest person I have ever met. The hotel had oversold their rooms, they had no toilet paper, no trash bags, no towels. Had to wait 2 hours to get a room that was not clean. Sticky puddles on the floor, cigarette butts on the top ledge of the shower ( in a non-smoking room), overall just not clean.

It was a convenient location. We were able to check in early, but the room wasn’t clean so we just took a key and went on. We came back at 11 pm and the room still had not been cleaned. There was a bag of trash, dirty towels, the beds were still dirty and we had to wait for it to be cleaned. The two workers who came in were very nice and apologetic. I was charged $50 over the quoted price on booking.com.

Terrible customer service, lady at the front desk was not helpful, not nice and argumentative with customers. I was not greeted and told by her that I do not have room ready, even I did confirmed my reservation night before and was told room will be ready to check in at 3 pm. She would not give me a room number, was yelling at me and other customers in front of me. She was dressed sloppy and unacceptable for front desk customer service, was not wearing badge and would not tell me her name. Her manager had to pull her aside and tell her to stop arguing with customers. She was repeatedly smoking by the front door during my stay. I was charged the deposit I still did not get back and utilities fee for 2 gays. It was no toilet paper in any rooms, and when other customers asked about it, she was rude and told them no toilet paper, she was not even trying to explain or use nice words. Room was poorly cleaned, no toilet paper present, i was given only 2 towels with stains on them, kitchen stove was dirty, frozen water inside refrigerator. Overall most terrible unpleasant experience!!

MY WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE even though my expectations were not high. OWNER needs to see and manager needs fired!

I had 3 rooms held under my credit card and only got 2. The hotel was full. I don’t understand how this could happen. Also the gal said they were there 24/7 and that was not true. I called and left a message with the gal at the front and my friends did not get it when they went to try and check in. The floor was sticky in our rooms. Will not stay here again.

The room was not very clean. There were bugs. We had to buy bug spray. You could not get any help. The front desk is only open from 10 am to 10 pm. You can not get replacement towels. They just tell you they are out. I am still waiting on my deposit to be credited to my account. I will not ever stay here again and I will not recommend to anyone..

They apparently were triple booked this past weekend, so our friend's room was given away, and they were not able to stay there with us. They did not have any toilet paper or towels in the room when we arrived, so we had to go buy our own. The property is not clean at all and needs some major work. We were very disappointed with the stay. We even had to go and buy our own pillows because we couldn't sleep on theirs. We will not be staying here again.

Terrible!!! We had a confirmed reservation. However, upon arrival, there was a sign on the door saying "no vacancy even if you have a reservation". After finally finding someone behind the desk (they had the desk door closed and only opened it after we repeatedly knocked). The lady behind the counter offered no explanation or help - only repeating what was on the sign and saying "this is what I was told to say" and "I can't do anything about it". So here we are at 9pm with nowhere to go! All hotels in the area were booked (gameday in Norman). We had to scramble and drive to OKC just to find an open room - and even then, we had to pay 4x our original reservation rate. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Nothing Was given a room already taken. Room was not cleaned, trash not taken out, had no toilet paper,and had no clean linens, and no trash bags .Had to go to Walmart and purchase linens, toilet paper, a trash bags. Only reason we stayed was due to game weekend and no other rooms available.. manager left and was no help at all. Very disappointed in our stay , will not ever go back there. Worst hotel stay ever
