Great customer service best Hotel in Norman Oklahoma. 1000 stars

We have been staying at Stone Hill since it was first built and was a Best Western hotel. I love their beds, and the rooms are always nice. This trip, we stayed in two different rooms, and both of them had a considerable amount of mold in the shower. This is just not acceptable. Every other area of the room was very nice. We did notice that there needs some painting touch-up, but for the most part, things were clean and kept up except for the mold issue.

Breakfast was just ok, standard scrambled eggs and sausage, biscuits, toast, gravy…didn’t see any fresh fruit.
-
Conveniently located to family. Everything was fine.
-
Great location. Great rooms. Great staff! We had no complaints what so ever!
-
Quiet for being across street from hospital and located off major highway.
-
Everything appeared clean. It's just that it looked rundown, and there was damage to several things such as the wall and door. It had a old musty smell and the air conditioner. We did not leave on because of how musty it smelt.

Will stay here again
-
Good bed and breakfast No pool which we were looking forward to. Down for construction repair, not even related to pool

Exterior revamp looks nice. Friendly staff. Mildew in shower stall. Very tight bathroom layout. Big stain on carpet in room. Sheers at window torn in several spots. Fussy AC unit. Room very dated, needs update. Buckled areas at elevator vestibule on 3rd floor.

Everything was good except we had no bath towels in our room. When I got out of the shower, there were only hand towels to dry off with. The lady at the desk did apologize.

The staff was very helpful!

The breakfast provided a nutritious selection of eggs, bacon, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal ,juices, tea and coffee. I loved the breakfast. The location of the hotel is very convenient to I 35and restaurants, shopping and gas stations. I wish the hotel had provided coffee and tea in the lobby beyond just the breakfast hours. I find that to be an important option that was lacking.
