Friendly staff, clean, safe.

If you drive an EV and are booking for the charger, we were not able to use it because of had a fault. The charger would not hook up to the car. However, there were several chargers in the area..we used the Tesla magic doc at the Crest Market which was fairly close by. There is also a charger on Grey street near the main street restaurants, only one worked and they are slower, but if you are headed to Main Street for food or drinks, it's a good alternative.

The staff is always friendly & helpful! The property is clean & lobby is nice. Rooms are clean but could use a refresh/update of carpet, paint & window treatments.

The first room we were assigned smelled of pet urine. They were great and quickly reassigned rooms. The next was better, no carpet and no smell, but there was mold in the shower. The gym didn’t have any towels and was quite hot. The equipment in it was fine.

Won’t give you anymore towels then the room comes with, never towels at the pool, won’t let you check in till exactly 3pm. Breakfast isn’t anything special. Rooms are small, bathroom is small.

The rooms are very dirty. The carpets were stained and sticky feeling. There was a musty smell in the room. I would not recommend!

Great location. We had a 2 room suite that was very roomy and a good value. It is good to see them actively working to maintain the property.

And all the staff were great. I will be staying with them again

The young man at the desk was phenomenal! He helped us check in and also fixed our tv. I’ve stayed here several times over the past couple years and unfortunately cleanliness and maintenance seems to have gone down a bit.

We LOVE their breakfast. Clean rooms. Very pleasant staff. We've stayed here a lot, probably. 10 times in a year. That'll tell you everything!

-The shower rod end was barely hanging on and wouldn't let curtain close properly. -The breakfast was ok at best.. the bacon was so thin you could see through it. Other than above things listed it was a pretty clean and quiet Hotel.

We asked 4 times for another spoon and fork, finally one of the men at the desk went out and bought it????? What is going on? We left early because the bed was horrible and I did not sleep well, and all the other things--it was just too much.

Great stay! Well worth the price that we paid for the room.

What a shame, the staff are otherwise delightful. This is a problem with ownership and management.

We were there 5 nights for a baseball tournament. The pool was closed. The rooms smelled of mildew. Bad! Maybe from the air conditioner? We had room with hard floors. Definitely had not been mopped in a while. Swept but not cleaned. Beds were average. Breakfast was great! The Food was good. Very clean food bar.

Our room was poorly maintained. It had mold in the shower, stains on the furniture, tile missing, and broken lamp and clock. It seems like they are not taking care of the rooms well.

When we first got to our room there was dried blood on the comforter and then when I lifted the sheets there was fresh dirt all over them, when I called down they moved us to another room but the toilet was clogged in it. When I went down to tell the front desk she said there was no one that could unclog it, so we had to do it. The elevators and floors were really gross. Won’t be staying again.

Very nice place on 35 in Norman! Lobby and breakfast area well laid out and appointed, room was very nice (shower head leaves a bit to be desired). Breakfast was great and parking was easy. Would definitely stay again!

It was next to the hospital where our daughter was going to be, so that was a plus.
