Holiday Inn Express & Suites Norman by IHG

It was clean It was really close to many shops

Over all it’s ok but I saw baby roaches every morning at sink area

Very good

Our room was nice and spacious, as was the bathroom and shower, the staff that checked us in greeted us in a friendly professional manner and very helpful.

We were there for Parents Weekend at OU. The room cost about $500 per night. After a long and tiring day, we were very disappointed to discover that the room was not made up on Saturday. We had to get towels from the front desk and dealt with trash cans that had not been emptied. Given the expense it was very disappointing. Breakfast could also use more Chobani yogurts. Two of the three mornings they were out by the middle of breakfast service.

Good

Nice place.

There beds are terrible. If you sleep with a partner that’s heavier expect to roll on top of them bc the bed caves in. The beds have a protective cover that is plastic and is so hot not to mention the crinkling noise that wakes you everytime someone rolls over. The breakfast wasn’t available at 7:30 and had to wait. The breakfast was meh

The room was spacious, and the bathroom was huge, very clean hotel

Room was amazing except there was no hair dryer the staff was amazing there was no pool towels and the hot tub didn't work parking good

We had dirty towels in our room that look like they have brown stains on them the manager was not receptive the morning breakfast which was supposed to close at 9:30 stop making new food at 8:45 many things were out and empty I have pictures to support spoke with a new manager named Brandy and she is well over her head trying to run that location they need to make some changes in order to get back to the level of expectation and standards that they used to have

Most of the staff is amazing it's conveniently located unfortunately new management changes have deteriorated a lot of what we used to love about this place We had dirty towels in our room that look like they have brown stains on them the manager was not receptive the morning breakfast which was supposed to close at 9:30 stop making new food at 8:45 many things were out and empty I have pictures to support spoke with a new manager named Brandy and she is well over her head trying to run that location they need to make some changes in order to get back to the level of expectation and standards that they used to have

Location is good although it was surprising how early all the local restaurants closed on a Friday night after a University of Oklahoma football game Carpet was wet in our room Room didn't feel that clean Room not as functional as Holiday Inn Express standard

Carpet was wet in our room Room didn't feel that clean Room not as functional as Holiday Inn Express standard

Room had dirty walls and possibly mold on the bathroom ceiling. Couch had a funny odor. Elevators weren’t working correctly
