Holiday Inn Express & Suites Norman by IHG

I left my ipad there by accident and housekeeping turned it in to the front office. They kept it until I could come back a week later which I appreciated.

Outstanding hotel and staff. We will most definitely stay there again.

The temperature in the room was so cold we did have jackets so wore them. We were out of luck because we had no heat for the room it was in the middle of June so we shouldn’t need heat but hit a cold rainy time. I also got up at night and filled the tub full of hot water and believe it or not it helped plus I also filled the kitchen sink full of hot water. Things are not going to be perfect but felt we paid for more than this.

Evening desk staff could have been more welcoming when we checked in.

The hotel had canceled 2 of our rooms but never told us until checkin. There were no available rooms anywhere - we had to all cram into one room.

Nice and clean property with friendly staff. The location is convenient for OU family weekend, since it is a short drive to campus. No complaints

Very clean except the mattress on the couch bed. The mattress on the couch bed had lots of stains and the hot tub didn’t work.

Dirty room, dirty sheets....No one offered us a new room. Asked the next morning and got another room. Was told we would get reward points since we were a member and we are yet to see those points. HORRIBLE.

Convience Hot tube didn’t work , could have been cleaner. Dead bugs in hallway

Fill stub without it draining.i have a medical disability that requires baths in the evening for nerves. Was unable to have a bath and very disappointed.

We always stay at a Holiday inn express when we travel. I was on first floor and ice was on second floor. Didn't really want to take an elevator to go get ice being so late.

Breakfast was ok Staff very friendly hot tub has slime in bottom and there was bugs in it I think the carpet in hotel needs a good deep cleaningbto being the color back

The Holiday Inn in Norman, OK was in a nice, peaceful area, was well maintained inside and out, and the staff was very accommodating.

Beds, breakfast No lotion and no soap in dispensers, neither computer in business center were working, state flag outside torn and partially attached, pancake machine out, west entry card swiped not working.

Everybody was kind and facility was very clean

We got the room and I had my children with me. Neither of the tvs worked. Went to the front desk and she admitted they knew that they didn’t work. Finally was able to move rooms. It was a hassle. The hot tub hasn’t worked in almost a month. The guy in the front the next morning wasn’t friendly nor helpful.
