Staff was extremely helpful! I did checkout Saturday night because we had no power from the storm but the gentleman at the front desk was so great said I wouldn't be charged for Saturday stay due to power outage. I think that was so great they would do that I was booked until Sunday! I would recommend this hotel to everyone! I will stay there anytime im in Norman OK.

Well where do I start. There was a storm them at came through town and totally kill a power. No lights no AC, The room temperature was probably 80+ degrees. I asked the front desk if we can get a refund to go to another hotel across the street and was told no. Well I guess I’m never using embassy ever again.

The wall in my room kept shaking all night

We stayed here for our anniversary and it was wonderful! The employees were friendly and the reception in the lobby was an added bonus (free snacks and drinks!). The room was very nice, with an extra sitting area. We will definitely be back again!

A little dated hotel but overall was a good quiet place to stay. Breakfast was great and the happy hour was a nice touch. Over all part of a longer trip was a great place to stay.

Nice for the money and big rooms!

The kids loved the large pool, but said it was cloudy water. They also loved the elevator with the glass back to see the view going to the ninth floor. We got the double queen suite with the pull out couch. Everything was clean and we had plenty of room. Thanks for the great stay.

We really love the breakfast buffet. The omelet, egg and pancake chef is fantastic. We also love the size of the swimming pool. The staff was very helpful and everyone is so nice. Nice clean rooms!

The room is clean and spacious. Slightly outdated but it was clean. Good breakfast.

Wished we'd known ahead of time, the hotel was hosting a Cosplay weekend and while like minded folks were heavily mingling doing their cosplay thing, it was not a place for me. But locked in, the place was everything but peaceful. Break fast was semi normal attire and very good as expected, but the social hour was a bit awkward and the bar tenders need to wipe down their bar more frequently. Sticky is not inviting. I probably won't be back. The hot tub was out of commission, looked like it wasn't being reopened. The elevators were way, way too busy, and only 2 open. It was painful for the money spent for a weekend in Norman OK.

It needs an update for the decor. Chair had a rip in the arm. Couch was not comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Hot tub not working.

Nice hotel, clean and beds comfortable. Would stay again!!

The door to our room wouldn't shut easy and had to be almost slammed to shut.
