A wad of chewing gum was present in the shower floor-made me wonder how “clean” the bathroom was.

Spacious room and atrium. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The room was clean and comfortable. I had drinks at the bar and the service was good. Breakfast was included with the room and I had coffee and fruit. The fruit was fresh and tasty.

Looks like they are under going a renovation, multiple carpets torn, tile broke. Room service did take along time but they did comp our meal because took over 1 hour. We did ask for extra liners for ice bucket but never got them from housekeeping. But very nice breakfast and room sizes.

Always a good choice to stay.

Rooms need to be better maintained and cleaned. Beds advertised as queen size were only full sized.
-
We loved the layout of the rooms and the lobby! The staff, especially Megan, were very helpful and professional. She went above and beyond to dress our needs. NA
