I was taken back that when you first walk in, you are in a small check-in area between the front door and a locked door to the lobby and the staff is behind a glass wall. Makes you wonder about the neighborhood. Staff was nice, though. The rooms are simplistic. There is no mirror outside the bathroom if you’re planing in getting dressed, put on makeup or do your hair while someone is in the bathroom. I had to ask for shampoo as none is provided. Guess I should have specified I wanted conditioner too as I was only handed shampoo. 2 roaches ran across our room the first night. At least we didn’t see more after that. For some reason our keys didn’t work the second night so we could get into the hotel, but the person on duty quickly fixed that. Given the price we paid for OU parents weekend, I expected better. No shampoo, roaches and no breakfast. The staff was nicer neighborhood quiet, but I don’t think we’ll be staying there again.

it was really nice and peace and quiet it was close to silence. A few other restaurants.

The service, the price, the wifi, and just mostly everything! Some rooms has issues like not working lights, outlets and bathroom doors that doesnt close or open all the way.

Our beds seemed clean and the main contact surfaces seemed clean but it could use a real deep cleaning. The smell of bleach was extremely overpowering and left me with a headache. We didn’t try breakfast.

So clean! Everyone was nice! We loved everything!

This was the worst experience ever! We were routed to 3 different rooms. Beds had giant bed bugs and ear wigs all over the bedding and rooms. The keys kept deactivating and then instead of refunding me they charged my card double. This is the worst hotel to ever stay at! Avoid at all cost.

Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean. Staff was very helpful when our key cards quit working. no amneties were provided. Key cards quit working the second day.
