The property was not well maintained and the room was not clean.

The girls at breakfast counter were terrific

Staff was very kind pleasant. Amenities were good. Room was great except for a condensation leak from HVAC unit. Carpet was wet infront of unit, I noticed barefoot during the night. Thankfully front desk acknowledged the info and closed the room down for maintenance.

The pool and hot tub were out of service if I knew that I would not have booked it

We had wait more than 5 hours (until 10 pm) to check in.

The TV was to dark to see. told the frount desk but no one cam up yo fix.

AC so loud, it was like a lawnmower running in the room. Had to turn it off to sleep. Staff at check out said “sorry”.

The gym is not up to par. The stationary bike seat is broken making it useless. I won't stay here again. Otherwise the hotel is fine.

Decent enough, comfortable bed but the room and property needs attention, worn out receptacles- plug something in and the plug falls out because the receptacles are worn out and the towel rack fell off of the wall
