Great location, clean room, and the staff is very friendly. We ordered take out locally and ate in the bar with an adult beverage. Lots of room there, and they have a few appetizers to offer there as well.

The maid never made the bed when we there 5 days, but maybe she wasn’t suppose to. She did empty the trash. CHristine was the best help for me. She was a saint! She is at the front dest. She help me get my airline tickets and spent her time helping me with the kindest attitude.

Had a nice bar and staff onsite. Didn't use but pool and fitness center looked well-kept. The room was clean and comfortable.

Perfect for our trip
-
Room layout was good, pool was nice! The AC in room 200 was SO LOUD we couldn't sleep. The hot tub was broke by the pool. There was no breakfast or coffee in the lobby.... gonna find another place for the next visit to Norman.

Staff was very kind pleasant. Amenities were good. Room was great except for a condensation leak from HVAC unit. Carpet was wet infront of unit, I noticed barefoot during the night. Thankfully front desk acknowledged the info and closed the room down for maintenance.
