Running water and working A/C. When they advertise "free breakfast", one would assume a bit more than a cart in the hall with a few energy bars and drink boxes.

A basic hotel. It's close to a lot of stores and right off the highway.

Good size rooms beds were fairly comfortable The so called breakfast was a joke, the guy at front desk had me sign a paper and it clearly stated there was a $10 fee for my cat then when I went to check out he charged me $15 I told him that's not what the paper said and I told him to only charge me $10. When I got back home I had to file a complaint with booking.com and I still don't know what's gonna happen. Aside from all that, there were two huge dead crickets in the room out in the middle of the entry way and in the middle of the floor in the bathroom. The cleaning crew sucks! These were crickets that had been killed and not cleaned up.

Toilet was not working properly and the "breakfast buffet" were packages of all mini donuts, muffins, sunny delight, and water. Lackluster, to say the least.

The hotel rooms have been updated so at first appearance they look decent. However, the bathrooms are outdated and ours was not clean. The rooms have faux wood floors so no carpet. Unfortunately, they are disgustingly dirty. Before getting in the shower, I noticed the bottom of my feet were completely black from walking around the room. It looked like I had been walking barefoot down a blacktop road. The hotel is located closed to I35 but it didn't feel safe on the backside of the property. We would have relocated but it was OU parent's weekend and there was no place else to go.

You get what you pay for- it's very basic with a very "interesting" clientele. Not bad if you need a cheap overnight stay.

The shower was another issue. There was just a hand held shower attachment with no way of hanging it on the shower or any where while taking a shower. That was upsetting. There was no regular shower head. Plus there was not much water pressure in the sink. We also a hard time adjusting the operation of the AC unit during the night. It was usually too cold and it blew strong onto the nearest bed. We adjusted the temps up but it didn't do any good. It was still too cold. We also could not reset the correct time on the microwave. I've had no problems either at home or at other hotels doing it before. The room was clean and the location was very good to the university and restaurants. etc. When we checked in there were about 4 large beer cans strewn across the parking lot near our room.

It's quite, friendly, clean, affordable, and VERY convenient. It's my favorite motel to stay at in Norman.

The room was cleaned daily but there were a few dead bugs laying in the same spot daily

The room was clean and properly stocked. The office attendant was friendly and helpful.

Updated older property, right off the highway & convenient to the university. Allowed us to check in a little early & the gentleman at the front desk was helpful.

bathroom toilet, you had to force the toilet flush it really hard to flush called the front desk they all the toilets in the hotel was like that, and nothing they could do about it.

Too much noise. AC was not well maintained. Breakfast was extremely dissatisfying. No coffee or tea.

You get what you pay for. Smelled funky. Rooms were updated but you cant put lipstick on a pig and call her a beauty queen

The breakfast is a joke. Ended up eating out.
