Hilton Garden Inn Norman

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Having fresh coffee available in the lobby 24/7 is a wonderful perk, because I'm an early morning person and enjoy having my coffee before lots of hotels even start serving it fresh.

Clean and convenient

Selected this hotel because it listed a restaurant, bar and pool. All were closed. I had stayed here 10 years back.

Way over priced.The pool and hot tub were full of algae from a storm they had a full week before. Breakfast was not at all good. And was charged $28 for something that did not at all come close to matching free breakfast at Marriott, best western, holiday inn express or others. Flies in the lobby, breakfast area. The staff at breakfast were very rude. We were trying out hilton because it has been awhile since we had stayed at one. We will not be back.

The town had been hit by a massive storm about a week before we were there. Consider that as you read my comments about the property. First, they only had one person working the front desk and we had to wait at least 30 minutes before the line even moved. Ran us late to go to our event. The room smelled so musty from the time we walked in. No food was available, closed, didn’t say why. Pool closed. Water was green.

Checked in late like 10pm and had a little mix up with the checkin with pet fees and other fees but got corrected in the am. Didn't use the pool looked green when seen it the next morning. But room was good. Overall good experience just a few to many add ons if you wanted them breakfast and such.

We had a great stay! Clean rooms and hotel. Close to many restaurants. My son enjoyed the breakfast. And.. Doug at the front desk was fantastic!

The breakfast was okay. Eggs were a little rubbery, but I like the convenience of grabbing a bite there because of convenience. I was glad I didn’t pay extra for it because it would not have been a value. I love the squishy pillow and asked to buy one. They weren’t for sale.

Few of the lights were not working

Black mold in bathroom shower. Parking lot was very dark.

Room was dirty and smelled like pee. Staff were very nice though!!

Nothing bad to state

The first room they put us in, rm 114, had a leaking tub, staff switched our room immediately without asking. Room were really clean. The pool was green and the jacuzzi was broke. The lighting at the pool at night was minimal.

Great place for layover

Bed cover felt old and long-used. Was not comfortable to sleep. Was expecting better room condition and equipments overall with this well-branded hotel.
