Breakfast was too expensive-should have been included.

The breakfast was okay. Eggs were a little rubbery, but I like the convenience of grabbing a bite there because of convenience. I was glad I didn’t pay extra for it because it would not have been a value. I love the squishy pillow and asked to buy one. They weren’t for sale.

Spacious and mostly clean and free parking Few of the lights were not working

Parking lot was very dark.

Room was dirty and smelled like pee. Staff were very nice though!!

The first room they put us in, rm 114, had a leaking tub, staff switched our room immediately without asking. Room were really clean. The pool was green and the jacuzzi was broke. The lighting at the pool at night was minimal.

Bed cover felt old and long-used. Was not comfortable to sleep. Was expecting better room condition and equipments overall with this well-branded hotel.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and we rested well there in Norman, Oklahoma!

During check in, the front desk was SO helpful, knowledgeable and nice! We were able to check in and go to our room immediately. Bed was comfortable and I appreciated the cold mini fridge. I was greeted by all front desk coming and going from the property. Will definitely stay here again.

This was our third stay and it’s been perfect every time.

We had to walk through 4 employees smoking together at the side door.And, they didn’t move, we had to literally walk through them.

The staff was great, but we had booked a king and that room had been given to a different guest even though it had been reserved for our stay. I booked a king but got two queen beds instead. We were given cards for the room only to find out someone was already in the room. I have never had this happen with all my travels.

The staff! The hot tub was not working.

Pillows were awful. You need to have options that include ones that actually offer head and neck support. We paid for breakfest to be included in our stay. At no point did the man who checked us in state he put a voucer in the room key pouch, and that it needed to be presented. We were then given a bill for our breakfast. I said i paid for that already. He had an attitude that were signs around. I personally never saw any signs. He later apologized when i found the voucher and gave it to him. He said people are alwats trying to get a free breakfast. But maybe if you guys communicated clearly from the beginning and when people are coming to eat, there wouldnt be an issue.
