The room size The room smelled musty. Housekeeping didn’t service our room one day. The AC was incredibly loud. We didn’t have enough towels ever. W head to keep requesting them and it was only 2 of us.
-
Love this place, it’s our go-to place when we are in town.

We did not have the breakfast. The bathroom was a bit noisy in the walls.

The towels were dirty and were not clean in the bathroom. The staff was really helpful, though, at the front desk. Breakfast was quite a good spread. I would say this is business-friendly but overall not impressive.

The breakfast should have been included in the price of the room. A good breakfast was extra charge. Lower price on the lunch menu. It was cheaper to eat somewhere else.

The lady up front when we were checking in was great and was a big help with the rooms and a great conversation. The rooms were clean and all that was promised was there

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Having fresh coffee available in the lobby 24/7 is a wonderful perk, because I'm an early morning person and enjoy having my coffee before lots of hotels even start serving it fresh.
-
Location was good. Breakfast options were good Rhw room has stains on the carpet and the upholstery pieces. Bed linens looked a little worn. Rooms could use some updating for the price
