Location was coo Manager wasn't there but was calling the shots from home they didn't have a problem with us checking in @ 2a Saturday but charging us for Friday but when we asked for a late check out Sunday they wouldn't allow it & told us no 20 mins before we had to leave there was a to go order bag from some restaurant in our fall the entire time we was there from Saturday morning 2a till 11a Sunday they had no extra pillows the staff was often not behind the counter the pool was dirty was the absolute worst hotel experience we've ever had

The value and the staff. It was close to where we needed to be. The air-conditioning, hard to adjust

Room was good, pol was locked- took attendant 45 mins to unlock. Found black debris floating in the orange juice at the breakfast buffett

Bathroom had water damage on the walls. The bed was like sleeping on a wooden board. TV was force set to a specific volume, so we could not turn up or down. AC did not work well and the room was hot all night.

Clean facility, including the room. Had to get the key reset two times in two days and after one night came back to our room and bed had not been made nor clean towels...called front desk said they only clean rooms every two days as they are short on housekeeping staff. Night desk man brought us towel. While breakfast was good it was supposed to be available until 9 am but lady was putting everything up by 8:30 as we were coming in as well as another couple so she stopped but really? Otherwise, nice place. Quiet

Found cockroaches in the room. The key didnt work on the backdoor. The jacuzzi tube needed to be cleaned. The remote to the TV half worked. The AC in the room didnt get very cold even with it at 60 degrees. And to top it all off the lock on the door was messed up so we had to play with the door sometimes for a while to even get into the room.

The guy at the front counter the first night we got there was exceptional helping us. Found cockroaches in the room. The key didnt work on the backdoor. The jacuzzi tube needed to be cleaned. The remote to the TV half worked. The AC in the room didnt get very cold even with it at 60 degrees. And to top it all off the lock on the door was messed up so we had to play with the door sometimes for a while to even get into the room.

Always enjoy staying here when I visit. Clan rooms, feel safe. Close to all kinds of restaurants . And shopping. Staff always very nice, and the owner has a heart of gold.

The room was nice, clean, and spacious. The staff was helpful and able to answer questions about parking available for us since we had a camper with us. The breakfast was small, but tasty. The beds were comfy and the AC blew cold! The location is right off of the highway so it was convenient and easy to access. The curtains didn’t close completely and our room faced the front parking lot. The security light was very bright. I had to use a hair clip to try to hold it closed in order to sleep. The water was warm and the pressure was great, but the shower wouldn’t turn off completely so when the kids bathed, it was frustrating to deal with. While shampoo and conditioner were provided, it was far from enough to serve the needs of the four people in our room.

So first time at this hotel. Traveling from SoCal for wife's training at Norman, OK. This was the closest to the training place. Appears to be a very old hotel. Feels more like a motel. Breakfast was not that great - not much hot/warm options. This was the greatest scare - found multiple big insects like grasshoppers in the bathroom and then two dead bettles on the bedroom carpet. Never had to experience that before in a hotel. AC was a wall unit - very noisy kept turning on and off making sleep very disturbed. TV was very old, terrible audio and no options to watch world cup soccer. Bathroom had amenities like shampoo and other stuff in very small containers. I believe most hotels in California have switched to wall fixed taller containers. Anyway will think twice before booking this place again.

There was no coffee and minimal breakfast otions

Do not book this hotel -awful!! Ratty lobby furniture, elevator out, key card machine did not work so staff had to unlock door to let me in my room, toiletry bottles half full. Never will I stay at this hotel, understood from staff this hotel is not corporate owned and it is evident!!
