Comfort Inn & Suites Norman near University

Room was moderately clean. Staff was very warm and welcoming. Friendly conversation.

It was clean and well maintained. It was way off the road almost in a residential area. The beds were hard. Gym was closed down. Never saw anyone from housekeeping AT ALL during our stay. The sign at front desk said only every other day of your stay but we were there from Friday afternoon until Monday morning and never saw anyone. And nothing in our room was done (trash, wet towels, etc). We almost ran out of toilet paper.

We got a whole suite. It was very clean and quiet Little far from campus

The pool and gym were both closed. The shower curtain and towels had holes in them. I tried to talk to a manager but no one was ever available and no one else could help. The place is run down and dirty.

Property was clean and quiet but in need of repair both in room and overall. Breakfast was ok. Check in staff was kind but did not see anyone after that.

Clean room, helpful staff and well maintained.

Only issue was the gym was closed for repairs/upgrades. Not a detraction and would stay here again. I did forget my IPad and they were very helpful in getting it in the hands of a coworker to be shipped back to me.

The room wasn't bad. The night staff was very good... I called to verify that the pool was open, and was lied to about that. This isn't the first time we were lied to about the pool being open. We were lied to last year, and the year before. It is obvious to me now that CIS has no intention of having a functional pool for it's guests. We only stayed there this year because we were assured the pool would be open, and the cost was lower than the alternative. Next year we will pay the extra $25.00 so my wife can relax in the pool.

We had a lot of space in our room.

At check in no information was given about check out time or breakfast hours. We had a total of 9 key cards, they kept messing up.

For $700 for 2 nights pathetic. Everything outdated.

Location. Pretty close to OU. Upkeep of the hotel is lacking. Room we stayed in was missing half the curtains. Iron in the room was broken. Lights are out in the breakfast room. Pool was closed. Building needs some love.
