Quality Inn - Norman near University

Verry good

You get what you pay for. It was fine for the price, but I won't be going back. The location was great.

Very convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. Located right along the interstate.

The staff was very friendly but the hotel is old. Parts have been redone but parts have not.

Breakfast was great. We had a problem with our toilet and they immediately put us in another room. Good stay here.

Superb

We stayed here back in the winter and we're well pleased with the room. This trip, the room was unbearably hot. When we got there the air conditioning had been turned off to the room and it was 100 degrees outside that day. It took over 24 hours for the room to finally cool off. After flying in and lugging luggage through the airport we wanted to relax in a cool room but couldn't. The room was clean and well maintained but the heat in the room was a definite turn off.

Customer Service was perfect as well as the location. The rooms was clean and presentable HOWEVER the carpets needed shampooing so we kept out crocs and slippers on while in the room, also the internet kept going out. There’s was a anote posted saying if having problems with internet ti call the service provider and not the front desk.

How i was able to book a room in a matter of minites staff was welcoming and when my partner showed up as we drove seperatre cars, they checked before allowing them tio walk down the hall that showed great safty protacals in place The bathroom did not have a shower liner in it so when the shower was used the floor became extra wet and extremly slippery as if i felt like i was going to fall and that was dangerus. the bed was to firm

The room was amazing. Everything was clean and convenient. Staff were quick and friendly. The pool was an amazing touch

They we're so strict on the guest or if family members wanted to co.e visit before we leave out of state.

That your rep said the $50 deposit would be returned when we checked out and now they are saying 5-10 business days. It has left me with an overdrawn account and no way to get home from Oklahoma.

I didn't like anything! I wasn't able to stay because the hotel had no power. Im not sure why the hotel was still able to rent out rooms through Booking.com even though they had no power and the doors were locked. This should not have ever happened, however I understand mistakes happen. I did receive a refund, but only after emailing Booking.com to make them aware of the situation and asking for a refund. I did end up staying with Extended Stay in Norman for a few days still using Booking.com. It would have been nice to maybe have been given a complimentary room at some point during my stay or even now would be great! The fact that they were still renting rooms with no power and do heads up was given. Then I had to send an email to get a refund plus find someone else to stay the night.
