Quality Inn - Norman near University

I don't understand they have a reservation and they know what room they are going to put you in why they can't turn on the air conditioner or heater prior to arrival. This doesn't make it very welcoming when the room is scorching or freezing depending on the weather.

Very clean and quiet.

The toilet wasn’t flushing properly , probably need put more attention on maintenance, all in all it was a good place to spend the night and continue driving the next day .

Good for shopping nearby pool was cold

Everyone was nice Fridge stopped working, coffee pot didn't work. Pool dirty

This is the second time we’ve got burned. Wife and I stayed for our anniversary and she called ahead of time to make sure the indoor pool was working. Went for an evening swim and the heated pool was ice cold. Then at 2 am I got a text alert when our charges hit my account and they overcharged us! Been calling them for a week and the manager is conveniently never in. Fool me twice, shame on me. Never seen such poor customer service.

The bedroom was clean The staff is so hostile, specially with people with disabilities. And they don’t have cameras, so there is a false perception of safety that truly doesn’t exist. In my cause I am high functioning on the spectrum traveling alone with my teenager daughter. The front desk lady was so disrespectful and rude, I moved hotels at 9 pm and made time stamped video of my room before I left. I was told I would be refunded, even in a message, but it’s been several days and nothing. In all of my many travels, I never been through something like this. I cannot in good conscience recommend this property to anyone

Enjoyed my stay here. Clean, comfortable and the staff are excellent. I will be back.

Nice calm place close to a lot of food and shopping.

The property is clean, air conditioning is cold The refrigerator in the room didn’t work because the knob was broken off and sitting in a shelf in the fridge, unrepairable, housekeeping didn’t even check for trash or clean towels, nor take the dirty towels and overflowing trash, the breakfast on Friday was bad, watery eggs, old gravy very thinned out, the waffle maker looks cute but over cooks on the outside and gummy in the middle.

Breakfast has no options Coffee cold and from the previous day.

Everything Mary at the front desk was very nice! Nothing everything was great

Nice hotel with lower rates than most Norman locations, particularly during events. Friendly staff and clean.
