Great place and friendly staff!

Breakfast was good.. Nothing to really good to talk about to others. You'd think the service would be better so that we could recommend other's. Staff need more training...

Don’t let the pictures fool you. The pull out couch was a good 20+ years old and stained. The carpets were new that was about the only plus. The air conditioner was extremely musty smelled like an old wet dog. Housekeeping only left one wash cloth for a family of three, when I called to request more was told they were out. Sheets had black marks, blanket had some sort of hard red stains.

We got in our room and their was bugs and we had no shampoo and no towels so I went to front desk ask for towels,I told him theirs 2 of us and theirs one towels and he said sorry we don’t have any then I showed him the bugs he said o I’m sorry then he did have shampoo I got it and left,the next morning it was different person and he was nice but I was leaving and he said the owner will call u and is 7 hours gone no calls

One towel in room and they said they didn't have anymore. Staff was rude, breakfast was horrible. A/C in room could not be turned down thermostat didn't work . Stains on chair and couch.

The room was great and at a good price. Not a lot of options at breakfast but what was made available was fresh.

There was 1 towel in the room ask for more said they had no more. No soap no extra toilet paper said they had no more. . Pool was broken its summer time. Horrible place

Hotel after a year from staying last year has not gotten any maintenance to it room smelled musty at first and the TV didn’t work however we were moved to another room where the TV did work. Not many choices for breakfast was offered probably not going to stay here again.

I like the location because it is close to the interstate as well as the university area. This hotel is typically very quiet and is an overall nice place to stay. The breakfast is sub standard when compared to other hotels like this one but other than that no complaints. Good value for the area. Will stay here again as we have many times before.

First off, I should warn others that this hotel requires a $100 incidental deposit. This was not on Expedia and hotel said they have told Expedia to disclose this fact. If i had seen that, I would not have booked it. The guy last night (7-24) was less than helpful. Our room with taxes was less than $100. Place was clean. We did not do breakfast there. The morning clerk was much more helpful and much nicer. He said most hotels in Norman OK charge $100 deposit for incidentals, due to being a college town. We stayed hotels all over the US but never had a deposit like this one. Bed was hard and pillows pretty thin and small. We definitely won't be staying in Norman again. We both are senior citizens so felt this deposit was very unneccessary, as we were only staying one night.

Housekeeping is really the only problem at this location. We stayed a week and the only thing they did was throw out our trash twice. Never changed out our towels, took them leaving us without, and “ran out” of clean towels. Dirty due to bad housekeeping.

Pool is closed doesn’t state on the website laundry facilities do not work breakfast is closed

I was so tired and had so much luggage from our show the last thing I wanted to do was switch rooms. Never again wish it could’ve been better

As far as style, comparable to other nice hotels we have stayed. Our room however, smelled like stale mildew ( looked like there was a leak in cieling) .We had some bugs, and gum stuck under nightstands( found as we were looking for personal items we may have forgotten). Breakfast, was ok, however not many options for the 2 nights we stayed and had to use styrofoam plates, bowls and plastic silverware. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were almost out and there were only two towels. No additional ( i.e. hand towel, washcloths or floor mat). So I think they need a lot of work on their guest services.

Good experience

The grounds keeper blew debris all over my car that was just washed, usually they will at least blow the dirt off after the blow it on TV was too small and outdated No service elevator the housekeeper held the guest elevator up for several minutes

Booked for the pool and wasn’t made aware that the pool wasn’t working.

We were just passing through for purchasing a travel trailer and just needed a decent, reasonably priced place to stay for 1 night. I was able to use my key cash to book the room for literally just a few more dollars out of pocket, so that was good. We got enough rest and there was a nice little continental breakfast. I was satisfied with the overall experience and value.

Pretty sure I got bit by a bed bug. There were also roaches in the lobby And my door handle broke off completely when I opened the door to try to go get ice, I was literally stuck in my room
