Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff
-
The place and the room were clean. The staff were okay. AC was cold. The ice maker is on the bottom floor. Old style key where you slid in from the top. Quit working, when using the other key it took several try’s to get it to work. Will not stay again.

The pool was closed for repairs.
-
The towel situation is comical.
-
Pool was closed for repairs, this had been a primary consideration when booking this hotel. Staff did not appear to want to be there.
-
The TV however turned it's self off and it lost signal on Saturday evening, we could not figure it out how to get it back. The pool is an indoor pool, but sadly it was being worked on at the time of my visit. I plan on coming back next year if the event I went to came back to where it was.

Good price good breakfast nice stay
-
The carpet was sticky with Syrup and uncleaned. The bathroom exhaust fan was noisy then broke. Fortunately the bed was clean and sleepable. The shower water flow was great, yet no hair conditioner nor shower gel near the bath tub. I will not rent from hear again.

I’d classify this as a hotel by the hour. Dirty, the lobby and room smelled, bugs in the room, fitness room a/c did not work, tv shut off by itself multiple times, hallways not air conditioned, and indoor pool was closed for maintenance/ repairs. Excellent location but the price was the same as other local hotels which it shouldn’t have been. Do not stay there.

The room smelt musty the beds were hard breakfast wasn't very good seemed to be out of everything tv remote batteries were dead and not very many channels to watch
-
The first room they gave us was not made up, and the room we ended up with had an odd smell. And the pool was closed. But staff was friendly and helpful.
-
There was only 1 towel in the bathroom when I arrived, the bathroom outlet did not work, the other room I booked had a tv that did not work, had zero towels and the thermostat would not adjust. Also the swimming pool was out of service…not the best experience!
-
No towels at all, zero to even shower with. TV didn’t work. Staff was rude.
-
Great place and friendly staff!
-
Breakfast was good.. Nothing to really good to talk about to others. You'd think the service would be better so that we could recommend other's. Staff need more training...

Don’t let the pictures fool you. The pull out couch was a good 20+ years old and stained. The carpets were new that was about the only plus. The air conditioner was extremely musty smelled like an old wet dog. Housekeeping only left one wash cloth for a family of three, when I called to request more was told they were out. Sheets had black marks, blanket had some sort of hard red stains.

-
The room was great and at a good price. Not a lot of options at breakfast but what was made available was fresh.
