Clean room, friendly staff, and everything worked. Basic accommodations, good location, and reasonable price.

Helpful staff. Quiet and restful place

The one staff was pleasant and helpful, but I feel very misled by the high rating of this property. The property looks like no one works to maintain it; interior is shabby, dated, and carpet was sticky. Barely any amenities; It had four walls and a roof, but I think even “minimalist” is a kind over statement. I wish the ratings were reliable and not inflated.

Roomy room just had a stuffy smell but it does look old but very quite and comfortable beds

Larger sized mini fridge and microwave in the room, no elevator though and the area around looks kinda dumpy but I didn't feel unsafe.

Very friendly staff, the lady at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate me. Very clean bed. For the money it was a great stay

I've stayed here a couple of times over the years. It's an old building, but the staff are great and the location is excellent.

The staff was great! It looks like maybe they are working on renovations as this looks to be an older hotel. The pool was drained, so we couldn’t use it.

We chose this location after reading thousands of reviews from surrounding properties. They did not disappoint. While there are a few things that could be updated we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Mel was fantastic with helping us at checking in and local recommendations. Our room was very clean and well laid out. We had a kitchenette complete with coffee maker, table for two, two armchairs and a dresser. Very quiet place to stay. Highly highly recommend this place!

The only disappointment was the pool seemed to be under repair. But for the price, room and staff attention, we will be back!!

The staff was excellent. The inside of my room was clean. The beds were pretty comfortable, although everyone's idea of comfortable is different. It is an older building and a lot of the interior is dated. The outside has some dilapidated structures that need to be removed or repaired. The pool looked like it had been empty for some time. The outside of the buildings need some attention as well. I would stay here again for the late night staff and the room was very clean.

No breakfast was served. Parking, Several of the spots had equipment in them.

Mel is awesome! Property is quite old but very well maintained for its age.

The exterior is pretty rough but don’t let that deter you. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are over the top clean. I’d stay again.

The price is ok. It’s older but clean. Loved the coffee pot and was able to brew 8 cups for my trip home. An additional lock on the door would be nice. The bed mattress was way too hard. They had incense plugged in to an outlet that smelled horrIble. Wonder why that was necessary. The toilet was not anchored securely to the floor. Carpet was stained and unraveled at the bathroom transition.

Staff is excellent, place is clean,safe and privacy is great. Very close to Riverwind Casino, convenience stores and restaurants. Very affordable
