Excellent location and friendly staff.

On the outside, the building looks run-down; however, the room itself was well-maintained and clean! The check-in staff (Mel) was GREAT! The location was quiet and felt safe. I would book/stay there again.

Front staff was excellent. She was incredibly friendly and a delight to interact with.

The staff was awesome. They even gave a courtesy phone call to make sure around what time I would be arriving. For an older hotel it is very well kept and the rooms are exceptional. Thus is the second time I have stayed here and will stay again on future trips. There was nothing that I didn't like about my stay.

It was close to my conference, and it was clean and quiet. You do have an outside door and there was not a latched lock on the inside, just a bolt lock. Still, it was very safe.

This hotel is in a great location. Very close to OU and super affordable. Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Under construction BUT super clean rooms Manger Mel runs a tight ship.

The manager, Mel, was amazing! I asked for late check-in which she accommodated. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed by an hour and I called to see if she could still accommodate me if I arrived at 11:30 pm. She was very gracious and so helpful. The room was very clean and it was a joy to stay there. I highly recommend it. Not a thing. It was great!

Hidden Gem. Under massive construction BUT the room was spotless: sheets and towels are white. Fully equipped clean kitchen with a dining table. Manager Mel is a professional with wings strapped on, I was locked out of my room Manger Mel came through and handle the business for free and didn’t complain about it.

When we got to the hotel we were early for check in so we had to wait abit because we also changed rooms because my husband wanted a bottom floor instead a top flor.The manger greeted us in the parking lot and she was so nice and professional. The hotel is an older hotel, but the manger told us that it is being renovated. When I followed the manager into the office to do the check in, I broke the arm of my reading glasses and the manger of the hotel took out her tool and a screw and fixed my glasses for me. I told her she didn't have to do that but she told me that she wanted me to see . Customer service was exceptional. The room was very clean and nice. Would stay again .It's also a convenient location with gas stations close by and also a few eating places. Thank you for a great stay

I stayed just for a night but a nice motel, rooms were big and clean. Good value for money.

Kind of rough on the exterior but the rooms are maintained well.

The lady in the front office was a true gem. She was very helpful and nice with great suggestions about what to do around town. Unfortunately the rest of the stay was pretty awful. The building is literally falling down, the beds are horribly uncomfortable, and there was no hot water in the shower. The rooms were clean, so if you just want a place to close your eyes for the night with a cold shower, this would suffice. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
