Great option for the cost.!!! I will Take it again!

Breakfast was good. Love the location. No longer have free internet. Had to join rewards program to get free internet. Then it quit working until I created a password, which took forever to do.

Very good Mattress

We stayed for 4 nights. The front desk wasn’t always manned. The room was spacious, the aircon was not cold. There was breakfast included but we only had it once, it wasn’t great. There was restaurants and shop all walking distance, it was convenient for our purpose but was a bit sketchy. The front door was broken which gave first impression as not maintained. The soap in the room was terrible, we went and purchased our own. The window couldn’t be opened enough to allow for fresh air as the room smelt stale. The dealings that we had with the staff were pleasant enough.

I'm sure there was something. I just can't think of it at the moment. The room was dirty. I wore socks the entire time I was in the room. After 3 nights, the socks were so filthy, I threw them away (photo). The beds were older and very uncomfortable. I could here the ice machine next door, so I didn't count on getting a decent night's sleep. The vent in the bathroom ceiling hadn't been cleaned in a while (photo). Staff wasn't very friendly....pretty much spoke little English. Very limited breakfast.

We checked in late and the young lady at the check-in counter was very friendly and provided us waters and a snack that was very nice and unexpected. Breakfast was good. Room was clean, however the blow dryer was not as it was super sticky. I cleaned it as best I could but had to hold it with a wash cloth in order to use it.

Great experience

There was only one person working the front desk and the line quickly became 10 people deep. it took almost 30 minute's just to get through the check in process. I understand rooms may not always be ready but to make everyone wait until 3:00 with only one person handling check-ins didn't make much sense and made arrival frustrating.

Staff was ver considerate and great.

It’s ok- def a 3 star place to stay.

Property needs some refreshing but the staff was very nice and it felt safe.

I liked the simplicity of this hotel, very good price, everyone was very friendly. The hotel was very clean too. Although the TV did not work the first night of our stay they did fix the issue very quickly.

Location to Norman and places to eat The entire facility needs a remodel. Old elevator, old carpet, staff were polite but that's about all your gonna get

I had to wait at the desk for a few minutes because there was a sign on the counter that said be back in a few minutes. I don’t remember the exact time period. The both times went to the desk the sign was on the counter.

Using the WiFi was a huge hassle.
