Easy to get to off the interstate. Clean and comfortable beds. Good breakfast.
-
Clean room but lacking quite a bit. One roll of very thin toilet paper, no extra towels and the AC was far from cold.

Secondly, having just come from the Glen Rose LaQuinta who served Seattle's Best Coffee, this location served some brand that was close to being undrinkable. We didn't bother asking and just went to Starbucks instead. Our trip involved multiple stays in other brand hotels and they all had free wifi by entering our name and room number.

Loved staying here! Rooms are big! Pool was great! Breakfast was very good! Although I feel they do need to fix up grounds around pool and if they have more chairs and tables, utilize them!

Cleanest of the hotel and our room was clean too

It is OK to stay but overall improvement is required.

staff is very helpful and professional. Hard to find how to even access the fenced in messy pool area. Breakfast was okay. No bacon, tater tots were not done. Gravy was delicious Bed was too hard. Nice pillows. Several restaurants to walk to. Barnes and Noble walkable. Casa Blanca not good. Red Robin Burger place is good . I wonder how the rib place next door is Price total $86

Loved the stay

The location was great. Our suite room was perfect for our needs. Furniture was not that comfortable. My big disappointment was the smell of cigarette smoke.

Great location to University of Oklahoma and great places to eat right around the hotel

At check-in they asked if we had any special requests. We asked for a quite room. Our quiet room on the 4th floor seemed great until about 8pm when people with two small dogs were placed in the room directly next door. They left a few minutes later and their dogs barked for a solid hour as we tried to go to sleep. When we asked the front desk to just check out early and drive back home, the person working was very new. We could hear the manager yelling at her over the phone when she called to ask for help. They charged us anyway and all customer service we have tried to call to resolve it has been rude and non-responsive. Nice place, but we're not going back.

A clean hotel located near OU that offers breakfast and even has a small swimming pool.

All was good

The double bed rooms are TRUE double/full beds, not Queens. And when I asked for a rollaway bed, they told me they didn’t have any. I wish I knew this before I tried to put 4 people in a room. The breakfast was not very good. Just kinda of sad. Hotel looks remodeled recently which is great but the bed situation is crazy.

Very nicely appointed, lots of parking, pet friendly.

Amazing experience even after there was a terrible storm.

But what prompted my review, I witnessed the desk staff being unhelpful and argumentative with multiple guests. One guy had key that wasn't working and they were reluctant to exchange it. Another asked for extra towels, and she literally made him go back to the room and bring his dirty towels to the front desk to get towels. I guess i should budget more for overnight stays if I expect extra towels and generous basic hotel amenities.

Considering I was only staying there to catch up on some much needed sleep, I will say that I was pleasantly surprised! Norman had just gone through a bad storm that caused a lot of power outages and wind damage. The parking lot, although not perfect, was very surprisingly cleared and drivable. Everything was really clean there. I don't like mentioning negatives about places but the 2nd floor where I was staying stunk like pot and the hallway was also hot. Not uncommon for hotel chains to have a hot hallway but the pot was a bit of a surprise. Other than those two negatives my stay was very good. My room was very clean and smelled nice. It was already cooled down to 69 degrees by the time I arrived which was very nice. The hot water was instant!! I don't know how they achieve that but it really was! The layout of my room was also very nice, almost like staying in a small condo somewhere. So yeah, I really enjoyed my stay there as I got some of the best sleep I've had in years. Thank you all for making my stay a good one. Have a blessed day.
