Fake description of room, amenities are shown in website. Extremely unsafe, you will smell garbage, week smoking in hallway, from the rooms. Only good thing was front desk girl & house keeping, they are nice when it works.

Recommend it.
-
Room simple and nice, Housekeeping great!! Staff is very Good to Great!
-
Recommend you stay away from both companies combined it's a trainwreck.

Room was ok, but nothing described in website. I booked this hotel, because it mentioned in website the room has stove top, which is not true. Burning high temp water, had to ask multiple times for house keeping, yet is was not done. Smells weed in property premises. Doesn't feel safe, as some sketchy pepper roam around. I will not recommend it to a single woman traveler.

Didn't like checking in on a kiosk, very hard to understand the lady. No hangers or hair dryer in room, or enough towels in room.

Check in was a pain at the kiosk, in person would be better I think. Though the staff on site wasn't the best either. We checked in late, after 11pm, due to the dance competition we were staying there for. The hand soap in our room was empty, so I asked for some at the desk, as well as a couple extra pillows if possible. Someone came and was banging on the door at 1:30AM, with pillows but forgot soap. Came back 10 minutes later with shampoo and conditioner, not hand soap. Woke my two kids the first time, had just fallen back asleep and woke again when he returned. There was a weird smell in our room and the toilet barely flushed.

Great Bed

I stayed 4 weeks. The room is spacious. Furniture is minimalist but well-kept. I would prefer a larger desk instead of the small square table. I brought my own lamp. I'm not a fan of overhead lighting. Bed is very comfortable and clean. Refrigerator is half size, and has a separate freezer. Handy for frozen dinners. Water is hot. Pressure could be better. Overall, a good deal for the price.

The place would have been great except for little details that made it subpar: The checkin kiosk was black when we first walked in, so I passed it. Finding where the voice came from took a while, especially because the receptionist wasn't full screen to start (later, she was). She was hard to hear when others were talking in the lobby. Finding room 169 was made difficult by a sign saying rooms 100-130 --> this way. A sign saying "all rooms, this way" (or no sign!) would have been less confusing. In the bathroom, having no place to hang a towel was very irritating (now towel racks). The toilet paper was a very long reach from the toilet. In the bedroom, one end table was about 3 feet away from the bed, and the switch for very bright lights way up on the ceiling above the bed was probably 4 feet away. The bed was higher than normal. There were no lights above the kitchen sink. I LOVED that there was a 3/4 sized refrigerator with a freezer section separate from the refrigerator part. It was also a very nice quiet room. It did suck to have the key stop working while we were in the middle of moving stuff from the room to our car. I definitely got my exercise going to the front desk, twice, (first new set of keys didn't work) to get new keys so that we could finish checking out. I didn't like having an unlocked box out of sight of the receptionish to put keys in, especially considering the lack of privacy in checking out (or in).

The daytime staff was nice The room wasn't what we booked, the rooms were falling apart, the lady at the front desk tried to charge me twice for the room and argued with me until I showed her my booking.. it's a very sketchy place to stay
