Comfort Inn & Suites North Aurora - Naperville

It was all fine especially for the price The front desk people are very nice, especially the woman who checked me in and arranged quickly for a room change I did have to change rooms due to a toilet problem but that was taken care of immediately so I hadn't even unpacked. The woman at the front desk is great

Very clean and comfortable room!

Room was pretty clean, a little alarmed by seeing stains on our window curtains and my friend had a burn hole in one of her sheets. At our last night there, there were groups of people talking on our floor’s hallway around midnight to 1 AM. While that’s not the facilities fault—just know it is a generally busy and loud place on the weekend. Something else of note: the pool is directly in the lobby, everyone walking in the front door of the hotel would be able to see anyone in the pool. Parking was good. Breakfast was as good as getting fast food breakfast, nothing crazy. Staff was very nice and polite!

The photos are just “shopping”. Everything’s old. The refrigerator in the room is making noises all the night.

Hotel itself was not great, but the staff did their absolute best to accommodate us.

Breakfast was great and staff welcoming. Room was noisy with what we think was plumbing was a shocking boom.

Convenient location, decent breakfast, friendly staff, clean, good bed Rooms are a bit worn out, some furniture in my room was broken (desk chair)

I didn’t like the smell of the room and the bleach was to strong on the bedding

Horrible staff

The one positive for us was the breakfast was decent and had a good variety. That being said, the pool was freezing and unusable, as well as the main doors to the pool wouldn’t unlock, you had to use a side door. They also had no guest laundry facilities.

The room stunk and really old. They also had people sleeping in there car in the parking lot. Would never stay there again.

Room was clean, staff helpful and breakfast very good.

Location was difficult to find on GPS. Better signage would help.

Room felt damp after heavy rain. TV picture quality was awful

Comfortable bed and pillows Stayed on 3rd floor of non-smoking facility. Smelled pot all night.

But the bed bugs were the real reason we would never stay there again and we question whether we would stay at any comfort inn.
