Perfect location just moments from the airport. I always receive a wonderful welcome as well as great shuttle service to the airport, very reliable, especially for very early morning flights.

Location was good for staying at before a flight from KCAK. Hallway smelled of pot. Coffee maker was broken. Overall a place to sleep.

I walked up to the concierge desk to a gentleman named Tucker screaming at a Hilton diamond member. It was awful. He had no Customer Service skills whatsoever.

Very nice place to stay very near CAK airport. Bar, restaurant, convenience store all near check in desk. Have stayed here several times, always a good experience.

It was clean, tastefully decorated, the shower had great water pressure, the body wash smelled great, the TV was huge, the fridge worked well as did the AC. Also the soundproofing was so good I had no awareness of any other guests. The staff was very friendly. I liked everything about the property. However I called the front desk at 3:30 am to change my pick up time for my airport ride and that didn’t get changed. I spoke with a man.

We have stayed quite a few times there and always seem to return because we know it is for the most part very clean. Most of the staff is very nice and helpful and we enjoy seeing Dave who is a driver we have been knowing him for a few years also Kevin is very nice. Mary is very nice and also Bre . They have a breakfast buffet that I found to be quite good compared to a few years back and I invited some friends to eat with us there at the hotel. The rooms are why we always seem to go back because they definitely clean them well. Looking forward to another stay.

The pool, the whirlpool in our room, TVs were nice, hardly any noise, the food and drinks were very good too. The couches could use an upgrade.
