Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham North Canton

Very good

The room was fantastic! It was very clean and spacious. The addition of the desk, sofa and the extra bed by the window would be great for families! I really liked it. The lobby area and the elevator both felt a little sketchy. I was very concerned about what my room would look like just because of the lobby and elevator.

Rooms were clean. Beds very comfortable

Clean and well maintained. A bit noisy from both breakfast set up and the neighboring room, but overall a good hotel for basic travel.

Breakfast was limited on protein could’ve had some boiled eggs Staff was OK Wasn’t smelly

Pleasant

The room got switched out. There was some attitude about whether we wanted to go to a different hotel, but we travelled from out of country and it was almost 10pm. In the end we got a smoke-free room.

Towels were the thinness of kitchen drying towels. Parking area was good.

Clean, comfortable bed

Good stay

Room was clean, and everything worked. There was no coffee maker in the room.

Loud fan in bathroom

Good

They actually charge your credit card for the deposit not a pending charge it takes the bank 4 days to refund

As far as noise from freeway we wasn’t expecting that level. Room was very clean, but there’s no electrical outlets in the bathroom? Also as we spoke with a gentleman at checkout the tile makeup in the bathroom was very slippery and I understand its handicap accessible but even with a wheelchair it appeared to be very slick like it needs a little(grit for) grip? Also the door on the north side of the building didn’t need a security key to gain access(any of the days)inside which being in room#101 was abit unnerving. Everyone was very polite but maybe a bit out of their element. All the issues appeared to be something that can be handled by the right people,it did appear they was rehabbing the property, including the parking lot which was a bit of a hassle but was worked out.

Location is good for anything you need, all the big box stores are within a couple of miles, many food choices and near expressway The hotel backs up to the interstate, if you get an odd number road you are by it and it is very loud at night, but but if you ask that are glad to put you in an even number room on the front of hotel and there is no noise at all.

. I did have breakfast every morning .the place was quite . I don't think I would choose this location again, for a long term stay. Maybe overnight stay. No more than 2 days.

Breakfast area too small, not enough seats and small coffee cups. Nobody monitoring breakfast area and the trash was overflowing as we left. Nobody even at the checkout desk. Shower worked great! About 5 miles from the Pro Football Hall of Fame, There are better choices.

They are very friendly and nice

Clean and reasonable ?
