Best Western Plus North Canton Inn & Suites

Helpful staff but not well maintained property

Went out and came back to my room to see a sketchy maintenance/housekeeping person exiting my room. Made me pretty uncomfortable.

Everything was as expected

Liked the shower

I was happy they were able to accommodate me where I could park my Truck because I’m a truck driver

The young lady at check in 07/24/26 seemed very inexperienced and took an extremely long time helping my husband and the 1 gentleman ahead of him. At least 25 minutes. Then couldn’t handle the stress of more than 1 guest with questions and a reservation hiccup. Then, only gave us the room for 1 night instead of 2 without informing us. Midday the next day, we got a call that we left our belongings in the room and we needed to get them because we didn’t have a room for the 2nd night. Once that was finally cleared up, they changed the lock code and didn’t clean our room!! They basically decided to confiscate our luggage until we paid again, but still didn’t clean the room!! We had no clean towels or sheets and the room smelled damp due to the wet towels. When I called the front desk, I ended up having to carry the wet towels out and go to the desk to get my replacements. This gentleman was very pleasant, but I did tell him it was a dirty move to change the key code with our belongings inside yet NOT cleaning the room once they knew we were staying!

This was by far the best stay in a hotel that I’ve done! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the cleanliness made me want to stay forever!! It was such a nice hotel to stay at!

Clean room and great staff

Great location for the Hall of Fame. Very clean and everyone was very nice. Great bargain too!

We will stay here again. Looks as if they were trying to give some areas of hotel a facelift. No issues at all during stay!

The carpet in my room was very dirty. There were lots of construction crews staying there and men hanging out in the lounge and out front. I did not feel safe there.

First I was late for breakfast by 15 minutes but the nice lady went back in the kitchen and put a plate together for me and the second thing was the number of outlets in the room. I never saw so many outlets in a hotel like that before. It made it so easy to plug in 2 cpaps, 2 phones and 2 hearing aid cases.

The jacuzzi tub jets were pretty gross.....you can tell noone has gotten in there to clean around them. There was brown greasy residue around every jet and around the on and off button. There was some type of brown stuff all over the remote for the TV also. Doesn't make me want to go back.
