Looks like crackheads live in some of the units. Stay was OK and convienient to places to eat and the HOF. Room was OK, the toilet bowl wasn't even secured to the bathroom floor in my room, It was wobbling bad.
-
Room was run down. Uncomfortable beds. Outside of property was run down and trash everywhere.
-
Filthy. Hair and dirt on floors. Paint chipping. Floor was uneven. Space, separation, in floor tiles.
-
The property may not be attractive from the outside but the rooms are very nice and the staff is friendly.

I booked it during Hall of Fame weekend in Canton, when every property nearby was surging. The price looked reasonable and it was pitched as close to the venue — neither turned out true. The room was dirty from the start. The towels were thin, fraying, with a brownish tint no bleach explains. The washcloth, meant to be white, wasn't. I ended up at Walmart at 10 p.m. buying my own towel and disinfectant just to feel okay being in the room. Hotels.com couldn't help — "collect booking," strict no-refund policy. At the front desk, the attendant, in sweatpants and a torn T-shirt, said his manager wouldn't authorize anything because I hadn't complained within five minutes of walking in, as if two hours of use caused the dirt. He wouldn't even look at the room, calling it "one of their better rooms," then admitted flatly: "We're a $70 hotel." I paid nearly four times that. I also didn't feel comfortable leaving my car in the lot after dark. I didn't sleep well and was gone faster than I've ever left a hotel. No adjustment at checkout, no apology — just the full, inflated bill. Bottom line: read the reviews before booking. Hotels.com should reconsider allowing "collect booking" listings that let properties dodge accountability.

The location
-
Thought I was going to fall through the floor when I sat down on the toilet, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable...

The location was close and convenient. Property had bugs, when I said something to staff I was redirected in a rude manner to another room clear in the back, 115 to 310 , both rooms were filthy & money was non refundable

Nothing. No staff were there to check us in; buzzer at desk didn't work; phone calls didn't go thru; attendent finally came about 45 minutes later (6 pm). Room was despicable -- didn't take our clothes off; use the shower, etc. it was so dirty. Window did not lock (first floor room). Someone set off the smoke alarm at 5:30 am. The only reason we stayed was that no other accommodations were available because of a state pool tournament at the convention center taking every room for miles. Parking lot pot-holed. No toilet paper. Everything as noted above.

We had our dog with us, so we were put into a pet friendly room... Cool.. fine.. except, it smelled like 500 dogs were shoved into the room with 0 ventilation for a month straight and it was never cleaned. Homeless encampment behind our room. For the price, all of these things would have been fine, had the room not smelled SO awful and would have actually been cleaned between guests. Just because I had my dog, does not mean I am not a clean person and shouldn't have to suffer from other peoples gross-ness.

Bathroom was not clean at all. Dirty ring around the bath mat. Used soap on the sink, shower curtain needs replaced to but I guess this is one of those you get what you pay for… Bed is uncomfortable, pillows too and just small. And the smell of wet dog. And this after I switch rooms cause the first one was the same and the heat didn’t work. The random furniture and cars on flat tires should’ve been my first clue lol

There is not much I could say I liked about my stay, unfortunately. The room was not very clean at all, I found bugs in the bed, and the room is clearly not very well taken care of. It was clear any repairs, maintenance, and cleanup were done very poorly. It was also clear that these things were not done to improve guest experience, but instead done as cheaply as possible. I’m sorry to say the room was dirty and not well put together. I found things like hair, bugs, and random debris through the entire room.

The gentleman who checked me in was very professional The room was very dirty and the mattress was broken with a large sag in the middle. The bathroom was all very worn out or broken. If I had any other choice I would have left.

Very near Cracker Barrel. Friendly staff. Great AC. Only one chair in the room. No small table. Paint on the door peeling.
